God awful company
They never updated what gas stations work on the account. They send you to peoples homes saying they have fuel your card can purchase leaving you stranded without fuel because this company is vastly incompetent
Don’t do business with them they are fraud
I paid all fees, including late fees, in February 2026. Despite that, as of April 13, I keep receiving emails saying I owe more. I’ve spoken to multiple representatives who said my account would be canceled, yet it hasn’t been. Instead, I’m still being hit with unjust late fees.

Gas card
I enjoy Customerservice very much, and I enjoy having the cards. The only problem is they’re always not working something’s always jamming them up or delaying it ability to process when you stop to get gas and no other credit cards operate that way. We pay our bill and God forbid the payment is two seconds delayed. The cards are shut off and that just doesn’t seem to be something that may work for me in the long-term, but they are a great company with great customer service.!

Total nightmare
First the call Centre have a very bad command of English and are very rude - the account manager Annette Sherman does not respond to calls or emails / there is no one to help you out at any time -

Too slow
The app is too slow and keeps singing me out. No bueno.

There’s way better cards and definitely easier and better apps/discounts out there. Do your research!!!!
Brutal Map Implementation
They need to improve their map implementation, the fact that turn by turn directions are not available is dumb. You can’t even copy paste the address, this is a kindergarten level app.
Map Is Not Accurate
Just downloaded this app, trying to find diesel fuel for my ambulance. The first two locations don’t have diesel available despite showing up in a search specifically for diesel. The third didn’t even exist at all. There is no way to report such errors in the map. I can’t rely on this junk.
Poor customer service
Why my carrier chooses to do business with comdata is a mystery to me.No one in customer service responds to me. They sent out an apology message but no results in getting this app to work

I’ve been forced to use this app for years due to my company subscribing to fuelman. In this entire time, I cannot identify a single occurrence of the in-app map showing the correct location of its subscriber fuel stations.

Don’t work with them, they are the WORST, they said customer service 24/7 but that’s a lie, if you call on weekend or after hours you could be for hours on the phone and no one will answer. Besides all they say to you is “sorry there’s nothing we can do at this time”. My business has been completely stop bc I couldn’t used my cards even though I already paid on time. App doesn’t work, they take forever to process payments even if you pay by card. You can’t use any gas station, only the selected ones. Avoid having migraines, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Unreliable location data
Not only is their location data unreliable, but they don’t even bother responding to suggested corrections. A gas station neat Oak Harbor, WA is shown 3 miles north of its actual location. I have notified them of this three times in the last two years. Yup, it still shows the gas station “three miles wrong.”

App crashes everytime I open it
Every time I open this app it has a black screen I force close it and reopen it it logs me in and 3-5 seconds later it closes it self and take me to my phone Home Screen
For heaven sakes, fix the app please.
App closes on me all the time very frustrating. Otherwise great app when it stays open.
