Works only on WiFi
App only works on WiFi, it stays on the loading screen on cellular data even with 5G and full bars. Lets you look up the roof sign number, Car registration number, and the Driver license number. But if you disconnect from WiFi and stay on celluar data the app stops working and you can’t look anything up.

App does now work
Absolutely rubbish app, once opened it does not move from the landing page. To add insult injury the website does not even work. Clearly this organisation has no regard for people’s worries and concerns.
