Filled out the form and they called me and were disappointed when I only asked for a day pass. They put me on hold and then hung up… lol. I’ll just go work at Starbucks.

暐順六樓服務之差
新竹暐順6樓服務態度很差,櫃檯小姐都在聊天,整層都是他們的笑聲,聲音有如魔音傳腦般,非常吵。中間休息2小時,如有有事找他們,還會被白眼,上班常常遲到,造成租客非常不便,包裹簽收態度不佳,往往都是東西擺著就走人,簽收單一秒都不願意等,還要租客拿回去櫃檯給她們。 該補貨的常常沒有。(如設膠帶台,沒膠帶,設釘書機,沒釘書針,反應竟然回覆買不到)
要不是常常需要坐高鐵,真的不需要委屈在這邊受氣。

Very poor UX and design
Auth code is too far
The only function I use in the app is to connect to wifi and for this you need Authentication Code which very hard to reach. Go to Access tab, scroll the horizontal tabs in top and the last one is what you need.
