Quite an awful app
Horribly buggy for what should be a simple experience
Door unlock is a buggy mess
Opening the doors with the app worked flawlessly before the redesign/update. Now it works only one out of 5 or 6 attempts where you need to restart the app and perform a vodoo dance to get this thing to unlock the door. It‘s for all colleagues at my company. Instead of adding a useless AI chatbot consider building a reliable app that can perform the main tasks you need from such an app, like opening the door.

Filled out the form and they called me and were disappointed when I only asked for a day pass. They put me on hold and then hung up… lol. I’ll just go work at Starbucks.

新竹暐順6樓服務態度很差，櫃檯小姐都在聊天，整層都是他們的笑聲，聲音有如魔音傳腦般，非常吵。中間休息2小時，如有有事找他們，還會被白眼，上班常常遲到，造成租客非常不便，包裹簽收態度不佳，往往都是東西擺著就走人，簽收單一秒都不願意等，還要租客拿回去櫃檯給她們。 該補貨的常常沒有。（如設膠帶台，沒膠帶，設釘書機，沒釘書針，反應竟然回覆買不到）
要不是常常需要坐高鐵，真的不需要委屈在這邊受氣。

Auth code is too far
The only function I use in the app is to connect to wifi and for this you need Authentication Code which very hard to reach. Go to Access tab, scroll the horizontal tabs in top and the last one is what you need.
SCAM
Horrible app. Horrible company. Total scam. Signed up for a month to month service. Cancelled after the second month. Then they said I signed up for a two year commitment and I’ll be taken to collections or court if I don’t pay monthly. Then the app never works. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid like the plague.

Annoying
Lots of codes just to get on WiFi. Every time it updates it forgets all the login details so need to go through all the login steps. It can be much easier to use.

Can someone pls check and ensure that the door access works on the app pls (it’s been on-going on and off for ages 🙏🏻)

Disappointing Experience – Unreliable App & Rigid Policies
The app has serious flaws when booking coworking spaces. It allowed me to make a duplicate reservation with no warnings, and I was charged over $60 with no flexibility or refund—even after canceling within minutes. Be aware: extra charges can happen easily, and their policies offer no grace or support.
The Spaces membership terms and contracts are confusing when signing up, and the customer service team is unhelpful and unwilling to make exceptions—even for loyal members. I’ve used WeWork for years and regret switching. At least they’re more transparent, flexible, and supportive.
Also, many coworking rooms feel more like backrooms—small, windowless, and uninspiring. Honestly, you’re better off working from a coffee shop.
I don’t recommend the app or the Spaces company as a whole.

Can’t book office space
Since update in December can’t use app to book office space. Have to login into web app for this activity. Please fix this asap!!
Pas la possibilité d’ajouter un pass sur l’application Wallet
Contrairement à beaucoup d’autre espace de co working, il est impossible ici de mettre son pass sur l’application wallet de l’iPhone. Vraiment très dommage
