Unprofessional Drivers
I had used Drivers4Me, here in Kolkata,and it was a complete disaster. I expected a professional driver, but instead, I got someone who lacked the most basic understanding of driving.
The driver seemed completely unfamiliar with standard vehicle controls and showed zero knowledge of traffic rules or safety. It felt like they had never been behind a wheel before, making the entire journey stressful and unsafe. For a service that claims to provide "reliable" drivers, this was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE AND APP
Booked a cab for an important time specific meeting. Didn’t receive alert or notification by message or email. Driver didn’t turn up and dropped in the last half an hour. Again no alert or notification from Support or Driver. Couldn’t go for an alternate service. Caused great inconvenience. Suggestion. The App should store optional details like home address, alternate Mobile and type of vehicle once User is registered, for reference in case of regular booking.

Most worst app I’ve ever seen
Previously I’ve tried to book 7 times through this app, only twice drivers were allocated properly, if you don’t have many drivers in some locations, then you should not allow users to put those locations but they don’t care, no minimum control on drivers.
They don’t care about any user experience, they mostly care about how to make commissions.
Zero support & worst experience they surely provide their users. Local driver centres are much better than this app.

Worst possible professional providers
This agency provides drivers without any liability. Most of the drivers are not trained professionals. I had multiple incidents over multiple bookings and this agency ignores all complaints and feedbacks.
There are plenty of problems with their app as well. Most of the time ongoing trip disappears and it’s impossible to track a trip. You can’t get same driver for repeat bookings for the same time daily. Poor customer handling and many more such issues.

I have been using drivers4me for quite some time and have experienced good and professional service from the team. Special mention of Mr Shantanu Pramanik who iunderstands the requirement first and then allocates the driver . Most of time I have taken their service while my wife and daughter are travelling alone and they have taken special care . In one of the instance , one of the driver even changed a flat tyre which was observed at time of starting .
