We are stuck at festival with our belongings locked
Got logged out and the 2fa has stopped sending for any accounts so we’re now literally locked out of our vehicle and unable to leave

Would give negative stars if I could… was forced to give one star to even be able to review. Nobody should use this app or any other like it 🤬
I’ve noticed this new problem— everything has an *app* that you are forced to use a card and can be charged a “convenience fee” on… I don’t find this at all convenient🙄🤬. I recently attended a game and was told “no bags allowed in the stadium” (no warning when tickets were purchased) and was presented the option of lockers. I opted for the lockers, but soon discovered that only Droplocker’s lockers were available… unnattended and outside of the arena. This app asks for not only location, but requires Bluetooth access to work… what the hell (pardon my French). There was poor instruction for how to use the app, and with limited time before the event started, I was unsure if the locker was even closed properly until I was already in the arena with no way to double check. I know this is out of the app’s control, but would feel more comfortable if there was some kind of attendance for these things.
Everything seems to have a parasitic app that will request your location, payment information, and even Bluetooth when there are many “analog” options that would honestly be better for everyone. What has this world come to??

Terrible app
Doesn’t work, and whatever location is hosting said lockers don’t have the ability to open them if they didn’t open in the first place. Waste of time and money to the event I couldn’t attend because I couldn’t use the locker. Stay away!

Wish I could give negative stars. They took my money, opened the wrong locker so I couldn’t retrieve my items and refused to refund me. Terrible app, terrible service, terrible customer service. Stay away!!
Bad system
I paid two lockers for one and never returned my $15.00 dolars bad business and I'm sure they asked me for all the information but they never saw it or rather they found it a nothing, service and I spoke with this person who is "security operation manager" Scott Pitton very attentive and helpful and when it came to solving the problem there they passed the ball and nothing and if you go to the park do not take anything I give you -⭐️⭐️

Worst ever
No support. Locations showed up outside of the 24 hour window. Several of us tried to pull them up on game day to no avail. Unable to contact anyone or get a reply by email.
Horrible experience
Used a locker for my personal items at the Cal Expo and afterwards in the evening I attempted to open it. Got an error message saying the key wasn’t available so now I’m not able to open it. Tried it again in the morning and it still isn’t available.
Simple solution to bag storage
When I went to the CA state fair I didn't realize backpacks weren't allowed inside. I had taken an Uber and had nowhere to store my bag.
Luckily these lockers were sitting up front. The app was easy to download and sign up for (only needed a phone number!), and it worked without any problems.
My stuff was safe when I was ready to leave.
I will use again if needed!
