What's New in DryveFit
1.0.5
September 8, 2026
Recipe import from TikTok/YouTube - Share a TikTok or YouTube link into DryveFit via the OS share sheet, and it extracts the recipe (title, ingredients, steps) from the video's caption using AI, with a review/edit step before saving. - Saved recipes are private to you — a bookmark list, not a shared feed. Two people can independently save the same video without conflict. - Re-sharing a video you already saved won't create a duplicate — it's detected by the actual video, not the messy share link. - Each saved recipe gets a one-time AI macro estimate (calories/protein/carbs/fat per serving), cached so it's consistent every time rather than changing on each view. - "Add to Today's Log" on any saved recipe — one tap logs it to Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snacks in your Nutrition diary. - The Recipes tab now has Saved/Discover tabs; the broken Spoonacular-based search was pulled out for now. Daily progress analyzer (new) - A "Progress Check" on the Nutrition tab: an honest, data-driven read on whether today's eating and training actually supported your goal — not vague encouragement. It states plainly when a day worked against your goal and exactly why (over/under on calories, protein miss, skipped workout), with concrete adjustments for tomorrow. - The verdict itself is computed deterministically from your real logged numbers and goal — the AI only explains it, it can't change it. - Also fires as a push notification around 9pm local time if you haven't already checked in, so you don't have to remember to open the app. Two smaller polish items also landed alongside this: fixed a bug where narrow text fields (like recipe ingredient quantities) were getting cut off, and a couple of share-extension reliability fixes so the TikTok/YouTube import flow works consistently.
