Stole my clothes
I dropped my clothes off into the locker and got no response or pick up from them. After a week of talking to their customer service I requested that they just open my locker and give me back my clothes. They said they lost it
Literally cannot create an account
First time user here and I just tried to create an account using my Apple info but it simply does not work. It continuously gets stuck on a loading screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but nothing. This app is totally unusable – I see why it has only 1.7 stars.
Great service, app could be better
I think the service is great. It is easy to use and very convenient for those of us who don’t have the time to drive out to a dry cleaner. The app, however, could be improved. When any of my orders are completed, there doesn’t seem to be a way to track the order and receive the order completion notification via the app. I only seem to receive the order completion along with the locker/PIN via email. It would be nice if all this information was available within the app. It can be inconvenient having to sift through junk email for my locker and PIN information.

Terrible app
I was trying to use the amenity my apartment offered but the app is so poorly developed I went to drop my dry cleaning off at another business instead. It’s clear no one else here uses either because all lockers were empty. This app and company are a scam.
App doesn’t work
The app simply doesn’t work. I really want to use the service but unfortunately it’s tough to trust a company with an unusable app and website.
App no longer works
As of today, the DRYY app seems to have updated even though there was no update in the App Store. The app no longer recognizes my account - when I try to sign in I get an endless loading screen. The app also won’t let me create a new account and when I try to use “forgot password,” it says I don’t have an account under my email address. Which of course isn’t true since I have dozens of emails from DRYY to my email address.
Unless this is fixed I’ll have to use another provider. Very disappointed.

Credit Card Input
The app will not let me enter my credit card information or scan, so I can’t even get started.
App Won’t Save Payment Method, Unusable
I cannot use Dryy Drop because the app won’t save my payment method. I have tried many times on different days, hoping it was a temporary fluke, but keep getting the same result. It is too bad I won’t be able to use this service because of a dysfunctional app.
Horrible Communication
Unfortunately, Dryy offers pick up and delivery services to my apartment. Last Wednesday, as a first time user of this service, I followed the instructions noted on the locker for garment pick up, to include downloading the Dryy app. I received confirmation that my garments would be picked up Friday, August 6th. Following confirmation, I never received any further communication regarding the delivery. Today, August 13th, I called Dryy and was notified that pick up had not yet happened. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and overall professionalism of this company. I have requested that the locker be reopened and my garments returned, as I will be seeking services elsewhere.

Surprisingly great service
Honestly I almost didn’t use this service because of the bad reviews but I’m glad I gave them a shot. My apartment building has a DryyDrop locker set in the basement. I’d never heard of them but didn’t have any other options since it was a Sunday night when most dry cleaners are closed. I dropped three suits off in the locker on Sunday night, and they were picked up early Monday morning and dropped back off before lunch time on Wednesday. Clean, fast, and affordable.

App will not allow login
I was a precious user of this app and have found that for months, the login button does not work. I have deleted and reinstalled, and it appears to be an issue with the app. I am able to log in just fine from the web browser. This needs an update!

Well, the reviews are true. I really wanted to use this service but the app didn’t work. Customer service was useless. I am just glad I didn’t give them a chance to loose my clothes.
Don’t use!! Horrible
Lost my first order as I didn’t have their bag (how could I?). Took a week for them to find my stuff. Never called me back. Then I realized they shrunk all my shirts!!! On top of that they’re slow and expensive, especially for women’s ($10 for a basic dress!). Will never use again.
Lost my order
I placed an order through the app, received an email confirmation that my order would be picked up, but then the app was never updated. The company claims they can’t find my order and now, two weeks later, they stopped responding to my emails and the original order has been removed from my order history in the app. This company literally stole my clothes. Stay as far away from the company as you can.

From the malfunctioning app to customer service who provides answers that make no sense, this service is a complete disaster. Good luck to those who use it!
App won’t let you sign in
When you enter your password you can’t sign in. What’s the point of an app if you can’t use it and then can’t use the service. Was trying to use it for the first time and just lost a customer lol. Great work
