Not able to get a receipt

Click get a receipt. Correct email on file shows up, when you click to get an email, you instead get a message. Saying “Something went wrong”

Unusable

Im traveling and don’t have text messages with my e sim . I cannot verify my number , and cannot use this app. at least use WhatsApp or data messages to verify phone numbers or use email seems very stupid to only use sms texting. Wasting my time and energy on this app!

Lacking Seat Selection

With today’s technology it’s truly amazing that DSB Denmark is so far behind that they cannot get an app to allow manual seat selection.

US cards and Apple Pay rejected

Payments rejected while my US bank confirms not rejected by them. Used to work a couple of years ago with US Mastercard. No help line to call?

Die Fahrrad Sitzplatzreservierung funktioniert gut! Man muss nur wissen, dass es bei nachträglicher Reservierung passieren kann, dass keine Stellplätze mehr frei sind. Deshalb am besten immer Fahrkarte und Stellplatz zusammen buchen.

We fixed minor things you won’t notice

You removed seat selection and return search, seriously? In that sense, if you cut your arms off, you will roll over faster, right?

Only seems able to search right now and not alternate trips or routes

Commuter card

So, I’m paying an enormous amount of money for my monthly commuter card, and it’s disappear from the app just because? It’s not my first time. Once I got fine because of that!

Can’t Enter phone number with +1 prefix

Got this app in preparation for an upcoming trip to Copenhagen but I have a United States phone number and the United States isn’t listed in the dropdown menu when setting up account phone number, so I couldn’t get very far.

Can't access my ticket, stuck in a login loop

Second day of using the app, trying to activate Pendler20, the app logged me out and when trying to log in back, it gets stuck in a login loop. So I am stuck too at the station not being able to travel with the ticket I had purchased.

Decent app for a meh service

The app in general is polished and easy to understand. The core features mostly work from the point you have picked out a journey plan. However getting there is hellish. The app retains the horrid logic of the website and many of it’s broken features. I have never once gotten the “Arrive by” feature working for example, instead having to guess a rough departure time based on the average length of the journey. The search timeout is a heinous limitation as well, as it can trip you up even if you’ve been viewing journey plans or about to book, requiring a whole new search. Which btw will be essentially from scratch, as the journey time field will be reset every time.
Also wish there was a more complete timetable to view in the app, the departures only show about an hour in advance, which is not enough time to re-plan in case something happens to your train or bus.

Bad functioning

Station search is bad. Only few info about departures (10 trains or so) and lot of malfunctions

Great app, works out the journey for you, then procures all the tickets you need. Soooo easy!

Stop allowing to buy the sit in the first class!!!

The train is full: the app is allowing you to buy the sit in the first class anyway! The wagon is EMPTY! and the rest of the train is full!!! and even if you paid the sit you’re not allowed to sit there otherwise you have to pay again a full price ticket!!! This is unaffordable!!!! Ppl are like sardines with same wagon fully empty bc of it!!!! It’s not even save for the ppl who have to stand and stay in between wagons!!!!

Bad UX and useless for railway journeys

An app with english settings available should show more than the landing page in English!
And why isn’t it possible to look up destinations outside the city of Copenhagen?
Or why are only busses and metro lines shown?
