Every single time I try to log in , it’s the same pain in the a**. User name, password. Every time I go in I have to change my password, even though I wrote it down previously that logging in. I have to make a phone call to get the info i need. Meds more updates and debugging

It was easier going into offices and speaking to someone. This app is always down, when you upload ur stuff they always say it’s not visible. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
Good but needs changes
It would be nice if the ability to log in using biometrics as well as remembering the login information was added for a faster way to get in and unlock/lock the ebt cards when shopping. The app also does not show cash balances. App and website maintenance should only be done between 12am-4am so people don’t find themselves walking to the register and being unable to unlock their ebt cards easily and having to call customer service.

Tired of having to do the most just to log into an account that logs you out if you swipe out of the panel for the app and decide to go look at something else real quick, not to mention the “busy” excuse like how many workers do yall got? And stay busy 25/8 as soon as I called at 8:20 your busy 5 mins after business opens??? Find that hard to believe , this app needs major bug fixes, and the right attention or it’ll only get worse 🤦🏽🚮

I used to be able to click into this and it would go right into My Account now what is the purpose of the app there is no app it takes you right to the website and then you have to login every time anyways absolutely terrible all the money that Massachusetts taxpayers lose to this state only to get an automated system that doesn’t work and basically hangs up on you every time (just like every other state/government agency) because apparently everybody that works there is “busy” and oh let’s not forget the menu options always change so I have to listen to a book to even get to the options. Does Maura Healy and Elizabeth Warren realize the amount of food it takes to feed two teenage boys until they’re full.????? yet they keep lowering my benefits. I make less money now than I did and I get less money almost 8 dollars for ground turkey but they’re all for the people. I’m starting to think maybe I should quit both jobs and just live off the system maybe I’ll get more money then and more benefits, absolute joke the state! Rant over the “app” or really shortcut to the webpage is terrible thanks again Assachusetts you always amaze me!

Can’t ever log in dta is lazy and slow with paperwork half the time you can’t even view what they send you
There are no live representatives
So I have tried for the past 2 weeks to speak to a person and even if I try 2 minutes before they open so I could be one of first in line. It states they have very high call volume and to call back later. I uploaded a loss of employment paper work almost 2 weeks ago and nothing has been updated I have not received a call either. 🥺

Complete Garbage
Having to login EVERY SINGLE TIME you go on the app is genuinely ridiculous. Upload process is lazy and it is insane to me that at the bare minimum you can’t even label the submission. you can only choose between the “kind of document you are submitting” so i really can’t even distinguish between what submission is what. When a document gets rejected not only do i have no idea what document they are referring to, there are absolutely no notes regarding why it was rejected so I NEED to call the helpline and they are always swamped, I am always on a waitlist. If this app wasn’t built so poorly the helpline wouldn’t be backed up every second of the day. With the tools available today there is no reason why this app should be so awful.

it would be nice if these app services for people in poverty would function. how about helping helping fund an assisted suicide for myself and that way there’s one less person to help.

Have the people that work there are rude. They don’t have any compassionate once in a while. You might get a worker that seems to care and is actually passionate about their job and helping people. You can never get through even before when you had caseworkers and you left a message they never called back!!
