Complete Garbage
Having to login EVERY SINGLE TIME you go on the app is genuinely ridiculous. Upload process is lazy and it is insane to me that at the bare minimum you can’t even label the submission. you can only choose between the “kind of document you are submitting” so i really can’t even distinguish between what submission is what. When a document gets rejected not only do i have no idea what document they are referring to, there are absolutely no notes regarding why it was rejected so I NEED to call the helpline and they are always swamped, I am always on a waitlist. If this app wasn’t built so poorly the helpline wouldn’t be backed up every second of the day. With the tools available today there is no reason why this app should be so awful.

not quite helpful
it would be nice if these app services for people in poverty would function. how about helping helping fund an assisted suicide for myself and that way there’s one less person to help.

Have the people that work there are rude. They don’t have any compassionate once in a while. You might get a worker that seems to care and is actually passionate about their job and helping people. You can never get through even before when you had caseworkers and you left a message they never called back!!

Can no longer sign in, the sign in screen is just completely blank except for the cancel button.
For government program, actually great app
Most government apps and sites are terrible but this one is awesome. And the people you talk to on support are real with you about help not just trying to shoo you away to get to next person
Delayed Lock Card option with new update
I don’t necessarily agree with the latest update, now you have to wait anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to lock your card after you leave the grocery store or get your groceries from Amazon. I think that the tab should still be there after you unlock your card to pay for groceries. I believe they’re trying to bring back all the confusion of food stamps fraud & that’s not fair at all.

Doesn’t work properly since update
Once the card is unlocked via the app, the option to lock it again no longer appears. You have to call to lock/unlock the card. Major flaw!

Great app, great security. Not much more to say, it’s just ungrateful people being ungrateful as always who complain.

why does it still look the same still difficult to access and navigate a lil jazzy would be nice with a quick access screen and cash for stay at home dads would be a nice add on shouldn’t be so hard t futurise it a bit it’s2026 let’s go there wit it.

Terrible app
This app serves no function other than to lock your card or view your balance. Any other features essentially redirect you to the website or require you to visit the website independently. The login button:screen isn’t integrated, the button is just a link to the dta’s website.
