The app and devices that are supposed to work are junk. Disconnected constantly. Save the headache and get a more reputable brand. Don’t get this junk.

Waste Of Money
light went offline after a power outage &now won’t work at all. deleted & reinstalled the app & light & it still doesn’t work! after climbing on the ladder 6 times now I would highly not recommend this product!! Save your money!
App update
App worked great before now after a recent update the lights say ‘device is offline’ tried deleting and re adding can’t get anything to work! Would Revert back to the previous version if I could!
App update made light useless
App updated several days ago and now my light won’t work. Tried resetting the light per the light’s manual and nothing. Tried using the app instructions to add a light and nothing. No idea who to contact as the app update has made my “smart” flood light dumb and useless.
Offline..... constantly
Worked for about a week. Now goes offline with blue led lit which means connected to internet but app says offline.Light is not working at all with motion. I guess I’ll have to climb the ladder for a fourth time and just set it up in manual mode. Garbage light, garbage app. Useless in Wi-Fi mode.
Last update no good
No ability to save setting as there is no save anymore. Please change this.
No save button
Had a short-term power outage and the lights won’t revert to low brightness; always on high. Did the re-set on the light, but no “save” button on the app. Same issue others are having all starting in August 2019. Please fix; the lights are too bright by the bedroom. Don’t want to shut it off. C’mon, this was initially a great piece of tech!

You can’t be this stupid
How in the hell do you make a bad thing even worse? No save button. Now I’m expected to climb up a ladder and reset this piece of crap? On three lights? What kindergarten class is advising you on your product? Perhaps you can be this stupid.
Disappointed
Light is now useless without ability to save settings. Leaving on vacation soon and was hoping for the light to work again as expected.
Save setting
Same issue as others. After a power outage the settings are factory and there is no longer a save button at the top right. Now my light stays dim lit all night instead of turning off like it used to.
No longer remembers settings
This app had worked beautifully for 2 years. After an update there us no way to save the setting and it reverts to the factory setting.
Please update software
Really need to have a way to save settings after a power outage. Really inconvenient if you sre out of town and have a interruption of power. Only to have the light reset back to factory settings.
Password
Can’t get past the password prompt to work the app.
