You now have to set up an account, tried to register email and the code arrived minutes later expired, tried to reset it and says no account, tried to register says duplicate account.

Finally spotted the “guest” option in very very faint grey….
Finally fixed it by signing up on another device.

App fails to complete booking at payment stage
On going issues with app - same problem last month and had to phone and book manually - enter all details then payment confirmation goes into loop and eventually times out. It used to work, not sure what they did on their updates, but no longer useful for in line parking bookings
Fix “My Flights”
Why am I limited to the number of flights I can add to the “My Flights” section? I work as a tour director and have to deal with multiple flight arrival and departures at a time. Also, I would assume drivers who do pick-ups/drop offs would have the same problem. The app isn’t that useful or easy to navigate unfortunately. Doesn’t take into consideration how people need to use it.

Inaccurate information
I downloaded the app to check the gate number for my flight and found that it was incorrect and that it hadn't registered that my flight had been delayed by two hours! The interface isn't adapting correctly to my iPhone X screen either and there is a line going across the app at the top. Deleted it soon afterwards.

Staff at Dublin Airport
From checking in to going through security and then to departure lounge , I can’t praise the staff enough, your kindness and hospitality are second to none , wishing you all a very Happy Christmas and prosperous 2018 , 🎄🎅🏼👍
Not bad - some feedback for developers
You have a good start here, but some improvements I suggest:
- When you pick 'my flight', it should do more than put a little green star against it. See the way you have highlighted the cancelled flights in red? Thinki about making 'my flight' as highlighted as that. Maybe in green. You might also want to think about picking a flight like this dynamically creating another tab - so that you'd have T1, T2 and my flights as three tabs (if you pick a flight, or more than one)
- other reviews have highlighted no gate information. I agree with this. I want this thing to notify me when my flight switches to 'boarding' and contain the gate info. It needs to be reliable if you're going down this route.
- if the airport is willing to pay for it you might want to think about text messaging for flight status changes. To avoid this service being abused you'd need to limit the number of flights notified by text to 1 per day or something....

Just lovely
Finally! I can sleep at night!
Although I live in another country, I often find myself wondering what the Dublin Airport is up to. Now I can keep track of all the newest happenings and also follow the airport on social media to truly stay up to date! I am so excited!

Generally works well over all but information can sometimes be a bit inaccurate. Had downtime today where the app was totally buggared all day. Not good enough...

The flight list just says "Scheduled" and doesn't update on any changes. There is no gate information. Heathrow App is the best airport app, everyone else should model themselves on that.

What use of this app for departures. We already know our destination/time/flight no. What we want is live departure gate info! Otherwise this is pretty useless for departing folk!

Doesn't work
Clicking the destination or flight number does nothing, rendering the app entirely useless. Has it been tested at all on the iPhone 4?

App runs verrrrry slow and opens up the page about 3-4 seconds after clicking on the button. Good app otherwise :)

I checked up on an Aer Lingus flight that was delayed and in the Aer Lingus app it did not even show it's own flight as delayed, where this app did so five stars for you and zero for Aerlingus app. Keep live flight info current al the time it's only way to stay on top of your game.
