Worst transport service in NI

I’ve never seen a pack of the most incompetent people running this transport service. There needs to be an option on this app to complain about every service that’s either running late or just randomly cancels. Which is nearly every service. Get your fingers out!

This is one of the most CLUNKY APPS EVER how is this made by Translink,I can’t even get the app to work. Simply just use a pen and paper

what should be a fairly simple ask "when is the next train" particularly if you are in a rush has become an unnecessarily click/tap fest. Keep it simple stupid!!!
