Worst transport service in NI
I’ve never seen a pack of the most incompetent people running this transport service. There needs to be an option on this app to complain about every service that’s either running late or just randomly cancels. Which is nearly every service. Get your fingers out!

what should be a fairly simple ask "when is the next train" particularly if you are in a rush has become an unnecessarily click/tap fest. Keep it simple stupid!!!

The system is very poor, with far too many complex options, it’s too difficult to know whether you have the trains and buses ticked or not ticked.
An incredibly it is impossible to put tickets freely online through the planner, have to get a different system. I can’t understand why it’s so poor

Timings all wrong.
The app told me the next bus I needed was in an hours time. Gets to the bus stop, three busses on the screen arriving within the hour. How can you plan journeys like this?
Holywood 1752 bus to Belfast
Why does this app not inform you if a bus is delayed or cancelled?? The movit app can give a precise location and arrival time to each bus! Translink should do the same. Mentioning this because we missed a show in Belfast tonight thinking let’s take a bus!! Never Again!!

Not intuitive
The original app that now shows “page not found” was intuitive and so easy to find “Timetables” opened from the home page, choose bus or train and your line e.g. Train : Larne and it would show all the times, days etc. and you could change direction of travel I.e. Larne to Belfast or Belfast to Larne with a click.
This new App has hidden the Timetables somewhere - you’ve got to ‘plan your journey’

Can never find a bus at certain stops
Such innacurate times
I have been late to school countless times, this app is the worst bus app - it could say the bus is in 3 minutes and then after 3 minutes it goes 2 minutes ago and it didn't even pass!

The app is useless provides inaccurate information, bus times do not correspond with actual bus timetable posters at bus stops .
