Everything is just sucks
The app repeatedly rejects the correct password, making it impossible to log in reliably. The password reset process is also inconsistent — you’re told one thing, but the actual flow doesn’t work as expected. In some cases, codes are sent but not accepted, which points to serious issues with the system.
What’s worse is the support response: instead of investigating the problem, they blame the user and question basic device usage, which is completely unprofessional.
An app that fails at basic login functionality and then shifts responsibility to the user is not ready for use.

Hello, as we kindly explained several times in our emails, there are no system issues; rather, you’ve made typing errors with your login details, such as leaving a space before or after your email address or password (a space counts as a character!). The app doesn’t send any codes; it’s your Apple device’s settings that require this, and we have no control over that.
