It’s ok

This app gives good workout routines, but it has no sound, no music and it is just pictures of the exercises. There are no demonstrations for beginners. Its a bit boring , would have been better with more interaction.

Needs voice added to tell you next move etc

I like the look and workout sets look good but having done the bigger one, think this type of app is virtually useless without the intervals/next move being voice - it’s annoying having to have eyes on the screen so I can’t see me keeping up use without voice being added.
