The app doesnt give me a daily or weekly program
Should i workout every day? Twice a week?
And which exercises should i do in every workout day?
How many times each?

Great app to attack the whole body. With different workouts.

Not a bad app for dumbbell workout

Meets the basic needs of training with dumbbells
Few suggestions
Capability to input the weights
Appreciate if the approximate calories burned are calculated for the given weights
A few seconds of break after each exercise would help in getting ready for the next one

Dumbbell workout

The option to build your own workouts is very convenient. Especially since you can choose between using my timers and rep counts. With that being said, it would be idea to have workouts that are produced by the creators that are constantly developing/being added to.

Convenient, easy and the video is motivating!

Good App. But ...

It can be much better if it maintains which workout you’ve done or at least mark the ones you’ve done before. Currently you have to remember the names which isn’t easy. Good App though.

Not worth the 5 bucks

Most are not full workouts. Even under the full body or double dumbbell sections - just two exercises thrown together. Lots of repetition.

Not too bad.

Lots of exercises. Grammar and stuff spelling is a bit off. But the app is smooth the reminders are solid. Wouldn't mind seeing a StrongLifts dumbell equivalent as a routine.
