User reviews

Do not underestimate!

Looking at some of these exercises I thought they’d be easy, given the fact that I’m an active person. Don’t judge a book by its cover because even the simplest exercises can really challenge you, especially if you’re like me and haven’t worked out in a while!

Don’t waste your money

I have never wrote a review for anything before, but this app was so pointless I felt like I had to. All it does is list exercises that you can find for free online. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend the 4.99 like I did.

Not bad

It wasn't what I was expecting but I do like it. It doesn't have the ability to add a particular exercise. For example, it doesn't offer tricep dips and I cannot add them.

Needs editing

Good routines and explanations but could use some editing. Some of the text boxes are too small and you can tell this is written by a non-native English speaker.
