today i got locked out of my instagram and had absolutely no way to get back in because someone else had logged into my account and they were denying my requests from me even tho it was LITERALLY ME trying to get back into my OWN account, i had no other way to prove it was me and remembered my two factor authentication i set up! Such a LIFESAVER i am very happy that it really helped!!logged the other person out and my heart feels calm neow :)

THIS IS THE WORST APP FOR AUTH I HAVE EVER SEEN. IN MY LIFE. THE FIRST ISSUE. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE GOOGLE LOGIN BACKUP. THEY DO NOT !!! I HAD IT ON MY ANDROID. BACKED UP. LOGGED ON ANOTHWR ANDROID. NO CODES WERE VISIBLE !! I SAID IT WAS MY FAULY. SECOND TIME WAS IOS. U SEE WHEN U DONT ENTER APPS FOR TOO LONG AND THEY GO INTO CLOUD ? THE APP DID IT. AND WHEN I REINSTALLED. GUESS WHAT ? ALL MY CODES DISAPPEARED. INSTAGRAM DISCORD GMAIL TWO PAYMENT METHODS AND TONS OF VIDEO GAMES. U RUINED MY LIFE. GENIUENLY.

Works, minorly annoying
I always use a 6-digit code, rather than approving push notifications. As such, I donβt need the alerts in the app that tell me that notifications are turned off and the app has no internet connection. Whatβs most annoying is that these notifications reappear if I scroll down and back up after dismissing them.
