As an end user, I greatly prefer Duo over other authenticators because validation is always instant, easy and effective.
Unnecessary to solicit reviews.
DUO mobile has asked me to submit a review.
If it weren't for the fact that my job work requires me to use two-factor authentication I wouldn't use this at all.
I am simply reviewing this software in order to stop these pop-up requests for APP review from continuing to interfere with my work.

Easy to use
I e been using DUO and it’s just been a breeze so far
I lost all my accounts
I got my phone reset from factory and the duo app got resent and I lost access to the codes and back up codes. There was no way to recover the account and I lost email and social media accounts. It’s TERRIBLE that they don’t have a backup plan when these things happen and it’s pretty normal that sometime people lost all information.

Push notifications still suck
How long has this app been around? Still after all these years, across multiple phones, it's a coin flip if push notifications work.
Awful app
UI looks like something from the 1980’s and it not only prompts you EVERY TIME to update the app - there’s no version check so it’s asking you to update the latest version.
To further annoy you it gives you info about upgrading on the device where you’re authenticating which you have to click to dismiss!!
It’s about a far from a streamlined and low effort multi factor authentication process that you could imagine.

Does what it’s supposed to do. It sometimes doesn’t send a push notification so I have to open the app but that’s the only problem o have so far.
