Terrible user experience
Quite possibly the worst user experience ever. It works when it feels like it. Difficult to setup. Hardly mobile friendly. Shuts down constantly.
Garbage app
Force closes all the time. The buggiest app ever. Sure wish my security company would use a different app. Very non user friendly for mobile devices. Not all features work on the phones. Seems like the company needs to invest a little more on someone who knows how to develop an app that actually works as it’s supposed to.

Love the ability to drag and drop cameras into the view. PTZ controls are pretty sweet! Live and search on split screen plus timeline search...sweet! Cross platform, too!

Mobile not working
You can see the Cameras but once you click on it you cannot see anything to Keith Stone connect and disconnect not working even with the new update please fix ASAP was working until the last update help in this new one I downloaded today fixed it but I had
I-Phone X Support
Please update this version to support I-Phone X and prevent App crash. You are ruining your brand and harming word of mouth sales by failing to do so.
App crashes
This app does not function on iPhone X. Once loaded it will operate one day and then crash every time you open after that. It simply does not work. Do not buy DW cameras if you want to monitor on iPhone.
Not impressed
Been trying to get my mobile app set up for my coffee shops alarm system for a week and this app does not work! It saves the info but won’t load live video feed and then always crashes.

Works great
Initially it seems awkward. But once you learn how to switch between sites (push and hold until the image “jiggles”, then drag to the display screen) it works very well. Also, it helps to learn the trick how to drag windows around to change the order of the cameras on your display. I like it a lot.

Completely Inoperable on IPhone X

Absolute junk
This has to be the worst app put out by DWD. I’m not sure how it got past Apple review. It went from barely working to not working at all. Every time I try to open it, it crashes.
Big disappointment on iPhone X
The app just crashes on iPhone X. Works on iPad but on the phone is a disappointment
Used App once to setup. Never opens again
Was able to download the app and setup my system to view cameras. Tried to open app again and it closes immediately. Please fix this issue DW.

Works after initial setup but then crashes at login screen. Does not work.
No remote access, no iPad support
Once you leave the house, DW Mobile DOES NOT CONNECT! In these days of much less expensive home monitoring, I have found that I cannot access my camera views from anywhere except my house, unlike ADT, SafeLite Home, Apple. DW Mobile does not support remote access! Unbelievable!
Earlier versions of DW Mobile supported streaming on iPads. New version does NOT support mini iPad (version 2) and iPad support is unreliable, live streaming works less than 1 hour! Incredible. The tech staff at DW Mobile App are terrible and do not offer any solutions. DW tech staff acknowledge that earlier versions of DW Mobile App worked on iPads, mini iPads quite well but subsequent updates eliminated many features! Terrible app and horrible support.

No password recovery, horrible interface
It’s just terrible. It’s bad enough that it makes me want to cancel our security vendor, just because this is the only app they support.
