Terrible user experience

Quite possibly the worst user experience ever. It works when it feels like it. Difficult to setup. Hardly mobile friendly. Shuts down constantly.

Garbage app

Force closes all the time. The buggiest app ever. Sure wish my security company would use a different app. Very non user friendly for mobile devices. Not all features work on the phones. Seems like the company needs to invest a little more on someone who knows how to develop an app that actually works as it’s supposed to.
