Does not work period
I installed hundreds of NVR‘s for clients many of them the performance series NVR but this app is the worst. I simply cannot get it to connect to my own new 30 SERIES NVR, worthless.
App keeps crashing

Just stops working after the latest update!
Hickvision is way way way easier and much much cheaper. The only reason I went with Honeywell was cause they aren’t made in China. But since they don’t work I’m going with Hickvision for now on. So much more reliable
Okay, not great
At first the app worked okay, but after an update it crashed. Had to uninstall and reinstall, but the new app asked for an “Authkey” to connect which it did not before. The support manuals do not show this or provide details so I can no longer connect from my phone.
Also, going back to search recorded video is a nightmare. Wish it worked more like the ring camera I have at home.
