This app is so laggy, there were crimes committed on our property and the absolute terrible laggyness has prevented us from assisting the police. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Seriously you’re better off buying any other WiFi security system. The response on this system is laughable. Trying to identify anything on this system is a joke. DO NOT PURCHASE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY

My app crashes after it was updated 3 days ago. Can’t remote into my cameras over cell data.
Expensive hardware with really bad software
I don’t understand this company. It’s big, they have money, but put zero and I mean ZERO EFFORT, into improving the user experience either with the app or software on the DVR or NVR. You don’t deserve me as a customer. You don’t deserve any revenue.
Worst company
They don’t update the apps, its very hard to navigate , the prices are double from other dvrs like hikvision which bas better options and their apps get updated often
Needs an update
The app needs an update. I am unable to view my cameras. I get an error message when i try to open them.
Highly Dissatisfied
This app is terrible. I had to buy a new DW DVR and the instructions said the DVR uses this app. I was using the DW VMAX app and that was so much better. This one makes the search function impossible to use. Constantly times out on me or says DVR lost connection when I can reconnect and go back and watch what I am searching for but I have to start all over again. Looking for an alternative app to use or maybe a whole different DVR system. This one is just terrible. Also the picture quality actually got worse. How is that? I don’t recommend at all.

Rarely works
I might be able to see my cameras while I’m away, maybe once every other month. A lot of money for very little use. Look somewhere else for a security system.
Big no
I’d give this no stars. I can not play back any footage, ever. It’s always kicking me off saying the dvr/nvr is disconnected. I’m literally sitting right next to it.
Firmware Update
Been getting a message for Firmware update for months. No one can give me an answer as to the fix. Can not view anything remotely.

Absolutely horrible worked when first installed by tech and has not worked on any of our phones since. Have tried contacting techs and we are ignored.
Potential
The old DW app was fantastic, I don’t understand what’s going on. If I can even get the cameras up I can’t watch any recorded footage. Which pretty much makes my camera system useless. Please fix this
Unable to access
I’m being told Pathfinder is no longer supported and it needs a firmware update but all those bugs have been fixed, I’ve updated all the network firmware to the complete system and this app still isn’t allowing

Never loads 1st time!
This app needs plenty of work! It NEVER loads the cameras the first time, and seldom loads cameras as you switch display scenes. Go back to Vmax Plus until you get it right! 🤨
Good concept
I love the idea of viewing my cameras from anywhere in the world over wifi. I like the ability to see the recordings and live video. The big issue is that it is very slow and laggy. Sometimes it cuts out the connection all together. It is basically unusable. If they fix the latency issue and the connection between the NVR and the application, i would give it 5 stars. Hope to see this fixed!

App crashes every time
App crashes every time I access the cameras. Running a business and keeping an eye things remotely and having the one method to view remotely and the app crashes is unacceptable. Last update 8 months ago??? Not cool.
