Completely Useless for us
We downloaded this app and set up the required subscription and were unable to ever get the app or service to work. I would not recommend this app as it did not perform for us as advertised.
Raspberry Pi spectrum 3.0.0.15297 or PC
Software sees the Pi but will not play recorded video or live stream. It keeps connecting, disconnecting. I hope you fix, because your client software works great on both mac and PC, but would like a mobile option. Also installed on server, it will connect but won’t show camera, or even search for recorded video.

Why can't I delete individual cameras from a favorite group?? I paid for the Pro version so I can do it.

How do I get a refund for this app. I guess it doesn't work with our cameras. Set it up and still nothing.
