Zero navigational ability
No way to navigate the site. When uou land on one page you can’t get back to the main menu. I’m stuck and cannot get out. Whoever designed this website should have NOT received payment. It’s by far the worst designed site with poorest navigation and no common sense in its design. I’m trying to find and download statements for my taxes but NO CAN DO. Not possible! ? Insane.

Not worth using
The app is a browser to their broken website which does not provide access to see bills consistently. It’s intermittent and not truly an app, offering partial general calculations and partly just a browser to their web based information. It’s archaic and not representative of how things should operate. I was unable to use the app to gain information about my usage,

Useless
Three months I can not get into my personal account. I can not get through. I can't send a letter. This is a terrible app.
Not broken anymore
They have FINALLY FIXED the bill pay option. Now it works fine!
Won’t let me log in
I changed my password 3 X and I cannot seem to long in every time I want to pay my bill. I have to use my desktop to pay. Also, I don’t get notifications for when my bill is due.
The app keeps crashing
This could be a really simple app. La city dwp should partner with the library and other departments who have successful applications. Just saying. 😘

Primitive, needs work
The app is very primitive, doesn’t look like they spent a lot of time or money trying to research what the end user’s needs are. I just wanted an easy app to pay my bill. It worked fine for that after two pop ups labeled “memory error” (or something to that effect) came up with no explanation. Either way I paid my bill through it as I would their website. Minus two stars for the weird errors and the lack of creativity and usefulness in other areas.

Useful app
A lot of old reviews complain (understandably at the time) that you can't pay your bill. The first option now is bill pay, which has been available since the 9/26/16 update, so ignore those older reviews. Yes, otherwise this is basically an easier way to get into the web site. If you prefer using a browser on your phone, fine. I'd rather use this.

I downloaded the app thinking I can pay my bill and get tips like other apps.
Unfortunately this you can not do that. It seems rushed and not thought through. As a customer we need to be able to pay a bill easier and on the go!

HACK!
You'd think that an organization like LADWP, which has been embezzling tax payer funds, would hire a competent app developer to make an app that would allow its customers to pay their invoices easily. Then again, you are stealing money from us.
Wish this app could do more
I wish I could pay my bill via this app like the rest of my utilities. Makes life always on the go a bit simpler.
