Cast to TV and Go
I cast the videos to my TV and love it. Been using the app as regularly as I can since February when I went on Wugovy and it’s a perfect compliment to keep strength and mobility up. I love how you can see the progress. I like that they are relatively short durations. I follow the regiment of strength training and mobility. Sometimes I mix in a yoga lesson as well.l also use the on course stretching warm ups. I like how the exercises change and get a bit harder each month. I’m even getting used to some of the music which seems originally composed for the app. Love Coach Alesha and the British Columbia Canadian accent too.
My golf game is more consistent and I rarely get exhausted now. And playing more since retired I am able to play pain free.

Senior Golfer Loving Dynamic Golfers Program
At 67 I stumbled across Dynamic Golfers and decided to give it a go. I skipped the 7 day trial and went directly to the flexibility assessment which, I promptly failed in every category. I’ve been doing the daily stretching program for almost a month now and can see a noticeable improvement especially in how open my chest is and the range of flexibility in my hip rotation. I’ve now added the strength training program in combination with the stretching program. The beauty of Dynamic Golfers is how clear and concise the modules are. I would recommend this program for anyone not just golfers.

Golf and Office is better
The exercises and stretches are well balanced, and have clearly helped me on the golf course and in the office. I mentioned Office because much of what I do is sitting. My posture is better and I’m feeling muscles looseness I haven’t in quite some time. It’s definitely helped my golf swing as my motions are more fluid. Consistency is the key with this program.

Changed my game
This program stretches parts of your body that don’t normally get stretched that are needed for Golf and does it in short time commit commitments that make a huge impact on my swing. I’ve been doing it for a couple of months now and find I swing more freely and turn much better.

Best exercise app!
This is a great exercise app! Reasonably priced, it is affordable with great clear instructions. Even if you don’t play golf, it’s a well rounded exercise program for all ages. I’m nearly mid 60’s, started out reasonably fit with a history of some yoga and Pilates but as a golfer, I wanted to be stronger to improve my golf and avoid injuries so this app was the perfect addition to my weekly fitness schedule. I don’t like gyms and prefer to do my workout when it suits me and when I have time so I love this app!

Good program
I didn’t realize how stiff I was and this program I feel has helped. Im 73 years old and stagnant on the course. I don’t expect a huge improvement but my mobility and strength have improved. I highly recommend this program
Great program
I’ve been using the app for a few months now. As a “not so young” golfer I wanted to improve my flexibility. I can definitely tell a difference. I love that there isn’t a lot of jumping around/cardio type moves. I enjoy the strength and stretching workouts.

Been using Dynamic Golfer for 6 weeks now and as a 70 year old its fantastic for my fitness and flexibility, the flexibility doesn’t improve overnight, it takes work and effort, but the app is so easy to use and enjoyable, this is no problem, fully recommend Dynamic Golfer

Just what I needed
These nice videos are just the right size to loosen up in the mornings. I’m not completely convinced it has made a difference in my golf game but I take the on course stretches with me and it certainly helps getting me loose. I highly recommend this program.
