App stole my money
Like everyone here experienced, I cannot log in with my PIN. I have 30k deposited here but I cannot access the money anymore. You stole my money!

Contacted them via messenger and phone, no answer, no reply. I was not able to log in for more than a week already. Very disappointed

After winning Gov Chavit Singson Pa Bday, My sis was so happy and immediately transferred the money to BDO but like its 3 days now, nothing credited, no customer care , nothing to where we will ask for complaints and assistance

Ilang days ko na di maacess to since nagregister ako. Tried reinstalling pero same parin. Imagine if naglagay ka ng pera dito and then you need to pay a bill already pero di mo maaccess ilang days na. Not reliable. You will not be able to use it properly.

Needs Improvement
I tried to register and it was successful, i had the Pin that was generated by the system though there is no option to modify/change the PIN. But I noticed that after fee days when I tried to lig back it I did not push through. Im stuck with the log in screen. Tried to contact them but no response. Can someone help me about this?

Cant login and signup useless ios app
WORST APP EVER!!!
No customer service that we can contact. App is always saying connection error. You cannot change pin. What if you have a funds there? You cannot access the app what about your money? Work on your developers first you'll not gonna have subscribers if this app is not even working properly.
