E_touch app hopeless
I agree with other reviews. So frustrating when it can only be turned off through the app of whoever has turned it on. This has been reported by pretty much everyone over the years and the company have done NOTHING to resolve the issue. One star is too generous.

If there was any kind of regulation regard applications then this one wouldn’t pass. It simply doesn’t work.
Multiple users unable to connect
This app needs updated so that multiple users, who have the login, can control the fire. For instance one person switches it on but goes to bed. Another person cannot switch the fire off so it stays on all night!

Will not connect
Disappointed the app just will not connect
Terrible
I can’t get this rubbish app to connect hence I can’t use my fire having to go onto the retailer as this is not on
