Generated Ewaybill not contained all details
In the eway bill portal all detail mention in normal ewaybill .. But in this app That details are not shown…
Also when print that ewaybill , The page border is cut from above side…

Data does not sync with website login.
Feedback section is an eyewash. The submit feedback radio button never works. Sometimes I wonder whether it is purposely created this way to block negative feedback which is expected after creating such an app which is neither tested for quality nor is developed appropriately.
The app no longer works
The app was best at making the eway bill process easy
But for the last few months it has become unusable, at the last step it shows an error & does not generate the waybill
Please make it work again, it will be a blessing

Since last month we are not able to generate eway bill from this app, all time its shows an error of “702”

From the last few days this error is coming at the end portion where we generate EwayBill. Please solve this.
NEEDS HUGE IMPROVEMENT IN MASTER LIST AND DETAILED PRINTING
The whole point having an app is make the job more easier but here they fail miserably in doing that. On the contrary it gets tedious while making ewaybills via app as it does not support many of the transporters in their master list which is supported on the website and does not provide barcode on the eway bill or the option of detailed printing due to which we have to again use the website to get the job done.

Excellent App
Much convenient. Easily prepare from the comfort of mobile. Even though little bugs.
Master data issues
In website we registered master data, but in mobile app that data is not populated,and my previous ewb is not shown in mobile app
i am not available to chosse ADVOL CESS:- 0.0 and CESS:- 0.0
Every thing is good but i am not available to add products because my product are dry fruits, spices and kirana in that i am not available to chosse ADVOL CESS:- 0.0 and CESS:- 0.0 please help me out and the app is awsome
App Of No Use !
This App is of No Use, We request to Update the same. From very 1st day the app is not working & still it’s the same after 6months. I really don’t why did they launch the App without testing.

No sync with web detail and no sharing option
The app does not automatically take in the data earlier entered through web. Also it does not give the option to either save the generated bill as pdf file or share it on mail or other sites. It is of no use until these deficiencies are resolved and worked upon.
Non availability of Detailed Print Option
Once we click on the Print EWB option and enter the EWB no. it only shows the general details and it does not contain the detailed print option which is otherwise available on the E way Bill Portal.
The detailed print options gives added details pertaining to the shipment being carried under respective EWB.
Another problem being faced is that under normal print option the LR details are not being reflected even though they have been originally entered by the client/creator.

Never Syncs Data with the Website.
I tried generating an E way bill through the app, it crashes after pressing the submit button.
The app doesn’t even shows the reports of the inward or outward e way bills generated as shown on the website.
The app should have an option to sync with the website data and also to save a generated e way bill as an pdf file so that it is easier to print on printers not having a wireless connection.
Developer needs to focus a lot on improving this application

I think developer has not tested app before publishing

Have no past records
App doesn’t have any past records. User interface seems quite fine. But app needs synchronisation with the eway bill website. Fix this up, i m sure it will be a really helpful app!
Cannot creat Client Masters
Can not creat Client Masters ... when you try to creat it, after hitting the submit button it asks for login n password after submitting the same the page wont go ahead and asks you login n password again n again.
Login Id with # not able to type
I am not able to type my login id which is a sub user id containing # whenever I type the character # it simply does not gets typed hence invalid credentials error comes
More than one accounts should be linked
The app is helpful but I m not able to link more than one company in the app. If it is possible than please guide.
