Terrible website
The website does not respond. The account login button does not respond.
Lack of response
Once I’m logged in to the app, it is hard to get past the menu. Global access and currency work but the other menu items cause the app to close. Thank goodness I have the phone numbers in my contacts, if needed. Seems the app still has some bugs for iPhone users.
Minimal functionality
This app doesn’t even allow users to add their membership card to the Apple Wallet. In fact, the membership card appears in the app turned in landscape mode, which makes it difficult to read.
App does not facilitate FaceID login.
The app does proved a “Call” for help button, which is, at least, something.

Horrible
Look this is supposed to be an emergency service and the primary means of using it does not even work? How reliable is that? Application crashes immediately upon loading.
Will be canceling services as these guys don’t take what they offer to do seriously enough to use it!

Terrible app
They don’t seem t update it. Part of the functions don’t work and if you select works clocks the app crashes
