About

Turning it off isn't waking up. You set five alarms. You killed all five and don't remember doing it. The person who decides to get up early at 11 pm is never the person who makes the decision at 6 am — and the 6 am one always wins. EarlyUp takes away the 6 am one's authority. THE ALARM DOESN'T NEGOTIATE There is no snooze button — not hidden, not built. And silencing the alert doesn't end the morning: it drops you into your mission, and the ringing comes back until that mission is done. Half-asleep, you can't finish one by accident. PICK WHAT IT MAKES YOU DO • Math — solve your way to silence • Memory — play back the pattern • Tap Rush — beat the clock with your eyes open • Steps — the ringing stops when you're actually walking • Push-ups — counted by the camera, with no preview on screen • Photo Hunt — find real objects around you and scan them Three difficulty levels, so you can set it for the version of you that answers at 6am — and raise it when that person gets sharper. IT RINGS WHEN IT MATTERS On iOS 26 and later, EarlyUp schedules through Apple's AlarmKit: your alarm goes off on time with the app closed, the phone locked and the ringer off. On earlier versions it keeps itself alive in the background with a notification chain behind it. Stopping the alert brings you straight to your mission. YOUR PHONE STAYS SHUT UNTIL YOU'RE UP App Lock closes the apps you reach for in bed during a window you choose. It runs on Apple's Screen Time — you pick the apps, iOS enforces it, and EarlyUp never sees what you use. PROVE IT — DON'T CLAIM IT After the mission, hold to record your wake-up. Do it before your target time plus a 10-minute grace and the day counts. Miss the window and it doesn't, even if you were technically awake. You can also record early, any time in the four hours before the alarm. A STREAK YOU ACTUALLY EARNED A calendar of every morning you won, every one you lost, and the run you're on. Nothing here is self-reported. Rest days keep a streak alive; missed mornings don't. WIND DOWN THE NIGHT BEFORE An optional bedtime reminder and a dimmed wind-down screen, because 6am is decided at midnight. BUILT SO YOU CAN'T CHEAT IT • Inside four hours of your goal, the goal locks — no moving it in a moment of weakness • Backup alerts for the nights iOS gets stubborn • Follow-up rings if you walk away mid-mission PRIVACY No account. No sign-up. Your steps, your camera frames and your app list stay on your phone — they are read while a mission runs and never stored or sent anywhere. There is no marketing notification anywhere in this app. EarlyUp Plus is a subscription with weekly, monthly, and yearly options, plus a one-time lifetime purchase.
