I set up my direct deposit through them and 1. I didn’t get payed on my usual payday and 2. Im currently in the process of talking with their team about finding where my paycheck went. Currently they don’t know or have any clue where it went and I been on hold for 2 days while they “look” for where it went

Weird agency
They charge way to much for fees, also they can pause and deactivate you if they can’t track you going to work. Weird that they need your location. Seems like they’re just selling information tbh

Games for money doesnt always work
Earnin is great for advances i have no complains. But they have a way to earn money playing games but they dont always pay saying i havent warned it yet even though i have and they dont provide a way to contact support or get help. They only give you a “live chat” that doesnt work and its just a loop. Wish they would fix it and stop wasting my time.

They robbed me for my money.
They took 300 from me all in one shot. Claiming that I did not have money in my account for the first 100 but I did have money and I just got paid that day. So the following week I used more of the payout they were giving me because they kept increasing it! They then took 300 dollars from account and have only been letting me cash out 100 dollars ever since! So how is it you can take the money but not increase my payments have been going through? Sounds like a whole lot of bs to me. Do not download this app.
