This app is not worth it they want u to add your payroll bank account and send timesheet just to get a $50 advance and if your check doesn’t go into the EarnIn account they won’t even think about giving you an advance in my opinion don’t waste your time

After trying to contact Customer Service to update the payment and date they still did not adjust anything except the date!! then change it back to a different date even after I provided a letter showing the deposit date was changed

I’m disappointed with my experience using EarnIn. The amount of cash available to me was much lower than I expected, which made the service less useful when I actually needed the money. I also don’t like how quickly the repayment is taken from my account. It can make it difficult to manage other expenses around payday.
Another major issue is the repayment processing time. After the money is taken, it can take a long time for the repayment to fully process and finalize in the app. That leaves me waiting and unsure about the actual status of my account.
I understand that EarnIn is designed to automatically collect repayment around payday, but I feel the repayment process should be faster, clearer, and give customers more control. Overall, the amount available, repayment timing, and lengthy processing period have made my experience frustrating.
