I am extremely disappointed with EarnIn’s customer support. I reached out during one of the most difficult times in my life while caring for a terminally ill family member and simply needed temporary help with gas money. Instead of offering any flexibility or meaningful assistance, I was told my account could not be reactivated until I returned to work and received another direct deposit.
While I understand companies have policies, the response felt scripted and lacked compassion for someone experiencing a genuine hardship. Financial assistance services should recognize that emergencies happen, especially when people are forced to take time away from work to care for a loved one.
If you’re looking for a company that understands real-life situations and treats customers with empathy, my experience suggests you may be disappointed. I expected more understanding from a service that advertises helping people access their earned wages.

Locked out
I got scammed. When that happens things are messed up for a while. I changed emails. I had to get a new phone number. I didn’t realize how this would screw up my relationship with tilt. I’m locked out of my account. I don’t know how to get ahold of them or if it would even do any good. It was a good app till all this. I don’t know what to do now. I only gave one star to maybe get thier attention here.
