Terrible speeds, packages, and app is trash
I’ve been with EarthLink for 1 whole week. I was promised “unlimited data”, on day 3 received an email we were “out of data” upgraded to the consumer max plan we capped the 250 GB of high speed data and after that you are only allotted 175 gb of additional data but it slows down to unusable speeds. The app won’t let you purchase additional high speed data and is absolutely the worst set up I’ve ever encountered - you can’t access the settings for the WiFi to restrict when devices are allowed to connect to slow down the use of your high speed data. Absolutely would not recommend this service to anyone!

Try to find any other Internet provider. I call em fartlink - mainly because they’re the worst. I’m glad we found another Internet provider aside from EarthLink. EarthLink is literally the worst one I’ve ever had. Way too expensive for what you get, and they provide bad service.

Extremely overpriced, slow, bad connection, and low GB per plan. It has given me a lot of mental anguish and pain to use. Choose any other service provider if you have the option to.

Worst Internet Ever
Was sold an unlimited internet package, three weeks into my first month I was told if I did not use less data my account would be canceled. Avoid this company unless you want to know what dial up internet was like in 1996

They charge you for shipping and handling which is around $80 and it’s nonrefundable. You basically buy a wifi box from them then once it reaches your home they try and charge an additional $65 talking about that’s the first months bill which is also the activation fee. I’ve never heard of a wifi company charge a first month’s bill before using the wifi. In order to charge me for the first month’s bill I will have to use the WiFi service first. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Internet cuts out at midnight every single night. I cannot use the internet past a certain time. Customer support is awful. They do not help your situation, they are simply reading off scripts. They do not help you. They lie to you and reassure you that everything will be fine, but it’s all a lie. Every single time. Horrible service, horrible internet speed, horrible prices. God awful company.

😍🤩Just got mine today
Granted it’s the first day but mine is working great and it’s fast. Easy breezy setup. I first plugged it in and it didn’t work after 5 minutes so I unplugged it and replugged it in and now I have full service no problem. I was a little worried with the history of reviews, but so far so good and even better being out in the middle of nowhere New Mexico. I got the fully wireless 300 MB Internet plan. If anything changes I will update my review.
