Pizza is Great, APP needs work
EOC has fixed the mapping issue, however, it needs two main things.
1. Delivery/Order Progress Status
2. A way to actually use the rewards program. I have hundreds of reward points and no way to redeem them ANYWHERE.
Please fix the rewards!!!

App does not work - local stores do not come and location does not work.
It’s been at least two years that same complaints have been reported so apparently they don’t care if app works or not. Location will not work nor do local stores appear when searching. We sit between two East of Chicago pizzas and neither show up! Useless!
App needs a lot of attention
Personally I love their pizza. Especially the taco pizza. I would love to be able to just order from the app but unfortunately the app doesn’t recognize my closest east of Chicago. The app needs a complete overhaul I would say.
No way to track your order
They really need to update their app! It doesn’t tell you how long for delivery and there’s no way to track your order at all. It also doesn’t save your credit card info.

Good food close to home! They make all kinds of different pizza.
Add the Fremont Ohio location to this app please
Add the Fremont Ohio location to this app and please update the app so it doesn’t show all banana peppers for all the sides and fix picking garlic butter as a side adds ranch by mistake to checkout.

Address will not load
This App needs help! Google map is not finding my address! I even went to google maps direct to see exactly how they have my address loaded and it still did not work. I’m pretty sure you guys are loading a lot of orders to other pizza shops that have an app that actually works!
Fix your App.
Still having location issues. Google can’t find my location so I can’t move pass the address part of the screen. Fix the app and in the meantime I won’t eat at east of chicago just for the fact you should be embarrassed for having such a bad app this day and age. Fix your app or you’ve lost a customer for good.

Unless the location issues are fixed the app is a waste of time.
Worst app of ordering
Spend 5 more dollars and make the app worth using. This was a total waste of my time trying to use this app. Stay away from it and order from Pizza Hut.

Online Mapping
Many franchises don’t use the online app. The website gives you a weird pop up message if you want to order from one of those stores. It makes it look like there’s a problem with Google maps. However, it’s basically a problem of how the company runs their franchise operation. It’s not a “glitch”.
Subs
I love the subs from East of Chicago. Have enjoyed them for many years. A location opened in my neighborhood, and boy was I happy. My only problem is many times the tomatoes are not the best. Other then that, great subs.
Coupons don’t work
The coupons available don’t always work. They need to fix that glitch. Otherwise, pretty simple.

I’m having same problems ever else is having can’t find my location. But google maps can find my location! Maya update its only been 2 yrs since your last update.

Google Maps Glitch
We were really looking forward to using this app but there is an issue when we put in our address that Google Maps can’t find our address. Our home has been here for over 20 years. There is no reason for this to be an issue.
Map service is terrible
We have an east of Chicago in my town less than half a mile from my apartment. The app claims that google maps is unable to locate my address. I have no problem finding my location on google maps using my phone. Worthless app because of this bug.
It works
Constantly crashes, lags out and sometimes will only rarely let me order delivery. It’s easy to use when it’s working for the most part.

I went from being able to order pizza perfectly fine to now it not being able to find my location. Get it fixed or get rid of it if so many people are having the same problem and you’ll do nothing to fix it. I’d give this no stars if I could. Completely ridiculous

Then google East of Chicago Pizza. Sign into your account then add your address.
Then open app. Your address should be there and you can now order!!!!!
