Disappointed
The hearing aids sink and unsync continuously to the phone drops calls quite often. I have deleted reinstalled. The app that does not seem to fix the problem, which is very frustrating.

I like how I hear from behind now. The battery life is good. You cannot feel them behind you ears
Not awesome
You would assume that if you’re spending thousands of dollars on hearing aids, that the app would be great and support the product. The constant connectivity issues is frustrating, as is the fact that it is hard to switch phones for streaming (personal iPhone vs work iPhone). Is a new and improved version coming out soon?

Software issues
The hearing aid has a lot of static noise. I guess it’s due to some quirky, high-tech software.

If only the app was as good as the hearing aids
As a musician, I’ve used Sennheiser products for decades. High quality. The Sonite Rise aids seem high quality too so far. But the app is a disaster. Says it can’t connect when it’s already connected, and the alert banner stays on the screen, covering other functions. App switches presets on its own, unexpectedly and often — especially annoying and dangerous while driving. Half the time it won’t stream when streaming music on the iPhone even though the Bluetooth connection is solid, so the Streaming preset is unavailable then. Often when you select a preset other than Automatic Premium, everything but that preset is grayed out and inaccessible.
My iOS and Sonite Rise are both up to date, and all other apps on my phone work fine. But this one is utterly disappointing. Sennheiser, you’re better than this!

Poor Sound Quality
This app creates a constant hiss in the hearing aids. The only way to stop it is to delete the app.
Keep disconnecting
It seems that every time I want to use the app I have to subscribe all over again. I got the hearing aids a week ago and I have yet to be able to use it without going through the whole process again.
No longer able mute.
Used to be able to mute my hearing aids. Now the mute button just reduces volume by about 50%

Sometimes works, sometimes not. When I put it in TV mode, it gets knocked out of mode every time I get a text or notification on my phone.
Now it won’t connect to stream from my phone. I deleted the app and reinstalled once before and that fixed it. It’s happening again now and reinstalling the app again did not work.

Learning Curve
I’m new to this game but I’m starting to catch on. There are adjustments I need to learn and challenges remembering what I’ve learned but the Easy Line remote makes adjusting the volume the sounds the aids capture so much easier
Frustrating
I change the setting and save them, the connection gets lost and the setting are not saved.
