App not working
Everytime I try to log in, it's not typing in the numbers.... its blank. I've removed the app and re installed and same issue

Very inconsistent, have to remove and reload and it still works a third or the time.

Constant error when trying to login. Click on help and it goes to a dead website…

Whatever issues there were in the past must have been resolved as it has worked for me multiple times now and I got my money from the insurance company.
Track of an App
The idea is good but the execution is trash. App constantly stops working and often doesn’t let you do what it was intended to do.. upload docs.

Can’t get the payment info straight, even spoon-fed. No one around on the weekend to talk to-too small a company, I guess. App being impossible to download. NOT happy w/this company so far.

I have tried downloading the app several times not to avail because when I type in my numbers the cursor moves but nothing shows so it is useless

The app crashes every time you click to view a policy and its details.

After multiple attempts the scanned documents have not went to them. I have hit send with no luck. Starting to think it’s a tactic to delay my claim. Useless...
