Could be improved

Lacks features that are standard across accounting apps.

Bank Acct linking - website says coming soon, but when?

One glitch, when adding a time entry. If you leave the time entry edit page mid way through, all the information is lost when you return to complete the information. Forcing the user to re-enter the information.

Whilst it does the basics well, these additional features would make it much easier for the sole business person.

เมื่อช่วงสิ้นเดือนที่ผ่านมา ไม่สามารถบันทึกวันที่ย้อนหลังได้ พอเลือกกดวัน/เดือน/ปี ที่ต้องการ วันที่จะเด้งไปเป็วันที่ 2 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1970

ส่งบันทึกหน้าจอปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นไปที่ฝ่าย Support แล้ว แนะนำให้ลบและลงแอปใหม่ พอทำตามแล้ว เกิดปัญหาใหม่ ไม่สามารถ log in ได้อยู่หลายครั้ง จนครั้งล่าสุด log in ได้ แต่สูญข้อมูลบางบัญชีไป และปัญหาเรื่องวันที่ก็ยังแก้ไขไม่ได้

ได้ส่งบันทึกหน้าจอปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นไปที่ฝ่าย Support อีกครััง แต่ก็ยังไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับใดๆ น่ะครับ 😢

Unlimited transactions

I have the silver account that’s says I have unlimited transactions now it says have reached my limit and have to pay more don’t agree with this and you cannot find anywhere to get support

Major problems with app

I’ve got a major problem with the app. I can’t contact anyone. I don’t know what to do. I’ve been using EasyBooks for around 10 years now and now I can’t get access to it.

Cancelled

I cancelled this a while back ( or so I thought did). They’ve continued to charge my card for the last 6 months at $21 a pop. NONE of their packages are that price. They are $9.99, $11.99, and $14.99. So what is the $21 for. I’m not even sure how to unsubscribe, this app does show up in the subscriptions portion on my iTunes account which is where I cancelled it from the first time. Not happy at all.

Does the company that owns this still exist

Promised updates in 2020 nothing , no promised bank feeds, also promised a windows version in 2020, nothing, cannot import on ios , so need a mac for one operation a month , cancelled and moved to Xero as no new developments or updates since 2020

No Customer Service Support

Despite writing software related syncing issues, there is no response from the developer despite taking money in advance.
If they need to grow then they need to work on improving customer support seriously

Do not trust

I was prompted to transfer my data from easy invoice then received an email saying something had gone wrong with the migration. I contacted customer support who responded almost immediately but said since I don’t have a paid subscription I am not eligible for support… so you lost my data and won’t help me retrieve it and gave me to advanced notice or time to back it up first. Do not trust this company.

How to transition from EB Lite to Easy books paid subscription

Logged the below via their ticketing system to get the issue sorted, even after I’m happy to pay the subscription. It’s been two days since I logged the ticket and so far no response! I’m literary recording my business transactions on paper.

“I'm an EB Lite user, since the last iOS update the old app seems to crash, as a result I'm unable to run my businesses and I'm in a lot of trouble and deep stress.

I'm happy to purchase the paid subs however i need to make sure that all my businesses and past transactions including information can be transitioned from the back up to the new subs.”

EB Lite

Can you please fix EB Lite. It’s stopped working with iOS 17 on iPhone 14 pro max.

Hi there, We are honouring all past purchases, these are valid in an old app version of Easy Books, called "Easy Books Lite". This allows Easy Books to improve under the subscription model, while past customers keep everything they’ve paid for. As such, we cannot guarantee that EB Lite will work on any new OS versions as we don’t update it for that compatibility. Make sure you sign in using the correct email address when you click "already purchased" under add-ons. Of course you could upgrade to the current subscription-based EasyBooks!
