Charging when not using. I never downloaded the app and went to website to cancel subscription and used the contact info and tried to send an email to cancel and it would not send!
Impossible to cancel
Picked this app without better research and lured in by the introductory price. Forgot I had this until it renewed on my card.
Reached out to cancel and got an email with links that didn’t work.
Finally had to contact my credit card company to dispute.

Made it very difficult to cancel
I tried this, and it was all AI – nothing. I couldn’t have figured out myself. I very quickly canceled it and got a confirmation email back. I didn’t look at it closely, and it required me to go back and download the app, create an account, manage my account and delete my account. I didn’t even make an account when I tried it out for a few hours. Seems like a way to keep people roped in. Wouldn’t recommend.

So not user friendly at all, can’t cancel without jumping through hoops and even then they will argue with you and not refund your money.

I closed my account and they still charged my debit card. I’m absolutely furious, don’t get scammed like I did.

I deleted account and app, however still getting $49.99 withdrawal attempts from EasyWeight aka EasyCalories. until this issue is resolved, i have no choice but believe this App as fraudulent.

Not as easy as it sounds
This app is not easy to log foods. The calorie range is too big and not accurate. The AI assistant says the same things every day, pretty much at the same time of day. Very disappointed I wasted my money
Difficult to navigate
This app is very difficult to navigate. I am fairly tech savvy and I can’t find my home page! Or clear data from the screen! Also, it gives a broad range of calories and you have to fine tune the number through your own knowledge of calorie counting. The app is supposed to have a bar code scanner which I can’t find. I am very disappointed and regret my purchase

Paid for this app only to find you cannot sign in to create a new account. Circles forever and you get an error message telling you can’t “ write against a ready only replica”. In other words, I have been ripped off!

Awful. They took my money and I can’t log on to anything. Can’t find it in my app purchases to cancel. Super annoyed
Not Ready for Prime Time
AI provides large ranges that aren’t helpful. Requires a good deal more input to get to more accurate data, which then can take multiple tries to save properly. This is true whether I type in a description, take a photo of the mean or the nutrition label. Might have potential but it’s not close to ready. Wish I hadn’t spent the $25…complete waste of money.

This app is a rip off. It’s not at all as easy to use as they say it is and there is no support with it. I have twice messaged them and no response. I’ve tried to get a refund and no help there either. Worst app purchase I have even made. Zero stars!

It gave me a daily calorie intake of 11,924 calories. I’m trying to lose weight lol! App is useless and there’s no way to cancel even tho it states 30 days money back guaranteed. Don’t fall for the gimmick quiz.
