I am an old user of Easypaisa app, but lately the app is not functional and is down very frequently. Easypaisa App usage these days is very annoying

I bought and latest iphone(non-pta). and i am not able to login to non pta devices because i can’t enter otp manually

This morning I tried to login my app but I am not able to login to the app it goes back to enter pin to login everytime i try to login. I also tried after updating the app but still facing same issue. I don't know when someone has real urgency the app doesn't work comeon guys this is not the first time it happened.

OTP Change Sucks!
Why have you removed the option to enter OTP? I don’t have a PTA-approved iPhone, so I can’t receive it via SMS. Why do you consider this necessary when there’s biometric security. Major banks already provide OTPs via emails. I am not gonna carry a cheap PTA-approved Android around 24/7 just to access this app. Previously, JazzCash had the same issue, but they resolved it. I’ll switch completely to NayaPay, which is better in every respect!

I ordered my plastic card I paid and I didn’t receive my card or any refund. I mail them but they didn’t solve my issue
