The app doesn’t work you can’t cancel or change anything about your subscription without calling them. The call takers are bad too, the phone just rings and they hang up the phone. Don’t waste your time with this app or company not worth it.
Food in a cube
Tasty, reheats well, good selection. I’m an actual person. People are quick to leave negative reviews because the app isn’t perfect, but I don’t pay for this food because of the quality of their app 😂 when my fiancé and I saw this service was poorly reviewed on the App Store, we were shocked because we have only had good experiences.

Terrible app crashes
The app crashes when trying to chose my meals for the upcoming week. I had an order come with 90% of meals I didn’t chose two weeks ago. Terrible!!
Won’t let me cancel
There is something wrong with the app and I can’t pause or cancel or select meals or anything really. I got charged for a box that has no meals selected. I’m disputing the charge. I cannot recommend this service in good faith. It’s terrible. Don’t do it.
Unable to eat
Not sure what spices were used, but there was a lot and not palatable. Each meal tasted about the same even though it was different meals. We ordered 14 meals have tried 7, have not been able to finish even one. We do not like to waste, but had to throw most of each out. We wanted to start eating clean again, but these meals are in our opinion far from that. The meat in each has also been tough. We hate writing poor reviews, but felt it was very needed in this case.

Stealing my money
Eat clean stole my money,I bought one time to try the food,the next week they placed one order for me without my authorization,I talked to them,they cancelled it,they said it can take 7 to 15 days for the refunds,now it almost 2 months I never received my money.every times i call they said they gonna fixe that issue but they don’t,so where’s my money 🤔

Stray Away
For an app it seems a little behind on the surface. I ended up trying this company out but when I paid for my first week of meals, I never received them. Then I filed a support ticket with no response, then called the number listed on their website and no one answered it just had the music tone playing every time I called. Then I was billed for the next order after I already cancelled. Horrible service. Wish I could tell you if the meals were worth it but I never received them.

Decent food, terrible app
I am trying the eat clean meals as a recommendation for my nutritionist.
The meals are decent, but there’s definitely a lack of quality control when it comes to the macros as detailed on the app and the macros that are put on the meals themselves.
My biggest annoyance with EaClean is the app and its lack of UX. There’s no functionality for me to go view the meals that were just delivered yesterday. I now have to go dig the box out of my trashcan so I can look at the macro stickers on the individual meals plastic tray. This might not be an issue if I didn’t find that last week, the macros on the individual meal tray mismatched the macros that were detailed in the app.

Shady
I added 2 meals to my delivery then removed 2 different meals. The billing total remained at 10. Even after removing all meals it remained at 10. It appeared that adding the 2 permanently set the total to 10 and I was required to select 10 even though I had an 8 meal plan. After reading the other reviews I decided it was shady and cancelled. Fortunately, unlike another review here, they seem to have added the ability to cancel from the app.

Cannot cancel on the app
With the app, one can only postpone the delivery. No one can cancel using the app. I was on the phone for over an hour and was unable to cancel. Something is strange about this company. I would not do business with them.
Scam
Scam application. I tried ordering meals and they never got delivered and there was no communication with the company. Do not download.
Delivered expired meals, would not reply to emails
Terrible customer service and poor quality control. meals delivered expired the day before and after sending them pictures of the expired meals they completely cut communication. paid for 10 meals and received 5 edible. ended up closing my account without any resolution.
