My Review

I like the app

Beautiful and simple way to track your diet

I like the app and dietary approach here, it’s simple intuitive and helps a lot when in doubt. Way better than just chat GPT prompt

Good idea

I can get the idea but how should I count nutritions for frozen food? What if a food has both starches and protein mixed together?

It lied

Took $100 out of my bank account - no trial period or %50 discount…

Highly recommended!

So stylish and smart assistant for better health. Very well done!

Great design

Thanks for the app, first day but already like it a lot 👏🏾

Perfect match!

It’s become my go-to tool for tracking meals and staying on top of my nutrition goals. Absolutely delighted with this app—it truly meets all my needs. Intuitive and easy to use food tracker 🤍

Absolutely love the interface and ease of use. No more counting grams and milliliters, great navigation, no extra unnecessary features. Simple. Useful. Beautiful.

Love it!

I hate counting calories. I've tried so many times, but it's just not for me. I never figured out how much I should be eating or what foods I should cut back on. Eated is a game-changer for me! It explains how to estimate your portion size without tedious calorie counting. I love it, it's super easy to use.

Hoping this works

I have high hopes that this will get me out of the diet/binge/diet/binge cycle. I don’t understand how I’m going to account for multiple ingredient foods like soup, omelettes and tacos, but I’m thinking it will become apparent as I listen to the daily

Response from developer

Terri, thank you so much for your fantastic review and the 5/5 rating! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re feeling hopeful, and I want to let you know that we’re in the final stages of releasing version 1.3.0. In this update, we’ve made it much clearer how to track cooked foods – so we’re almost there to address the exact challenge you’re facing. Additionally, our educational videos will continue to grow with more guidance on breaking free from the diet/binge cycle, all with small, manageable steps. You’re doing an amazing job taking care of yourself, and we truly appreciate having you with us on this journey! If you know anyone who could benefit from this too, feel free to share – we’d love to help more people like you... Ray & Irene

Don’t understand how to use the app it’s not helpful can you explain the app

Aesthetic and awesome, but confused on portion

So this app looks great, very pretty and simple and informative. But I’m confused on the portions part. For example, my plate would say for protein 0/6. Does this mean I eat 6 servings (palm size according to app) of protein? And for fruit it says 0/2 so do I eat 2 servings (fists) of fruit? If so then why is the fruit part of the plate so much bigger than the protein when I should be eating more protein? Also is the ratios customized to me (weight, height, activity). This app is honestly great just needs minor adjustments.

Response from developer

Hey there! First of all, a massive thank you for sharing your feedback with us—it’s super important to us, and we truly value it! 🙌 You’re absolutely right about the confusion around portions, and we totally understand. The good news? In just 3-4 weeks, we’ll be rolling out a fresh new version of the app that we believe will clear this up (sneak peek for our beloved users 😉). Now, to address your questions: the size of the sections on the plate isn’t tied to how much of that food group you should be eating—it’s more about the design we chose to make things easy to follow. As for the portions: if you’ve added your activity level, weight, and height, then yes, those numbers are personalized to you. The “0/6” for protein means you need 6 servings (palm-sized) of protein per day, and “0” just means you haven’t logged any of them yet. Same for fruit—2 servings (fist-sized) per day is what you’re aiming for. I hope this clears things up! And once the new version is live and (hopefully) addresses these minor details, we’d really appreciate it if you could take a moment to reevaluate your score. It’s super important for us to be a 5/5 for you! 🌟

Incredibly overpriced

It’s alright.
Nothing groundbreaking and it’s incredibly expensive for what they offer.
The free version is better.

Response from developer

Hi there! First of all, thank you! Your feedback is actually our very first written review, and we're really excited to have it, even if it's not a 5-star just yet. It’s exactly this kind of insight that helps us improve. We totally get that the experience might not have felt revolutionary this time around. The methodology we’ve built on combines tried-and-true practices that nutritionists have been using for years. But what sets Eated apart is our focus on helping you build sustainable eating habits for the long term. This happens when you not only learn more about how your body works but also practice mindful and sustainable eating daily. We know these methods might not sound groundbreaking on the surface, but sometimes it's the small, consistent changes – the ones that seem almost too simple – that end up sparking a bigger transformation, like one rock starting an avalanche (in a good way!). And we're not stopping there. Our next major update is all about making Eated even easier to get started with, while still keeping it simple and intuitive, so you can focus on creating habits that stick. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re working hard to bring you the best version of Eated, and we hope you’ll find our upcoming updates worth the wait! Best, Ray&Irene
