Food was hot and well packaged. Pick up area was well described. Maybe they should offer cheese with the fries and wedges but overall I’d give it a 5 star rating but this is for fries and wedges. I will order more and do a different rating
Great at work
I just started a new job and it was introduced to me on my first day. I thought to myself that I wouldn’t need it because I bring my own lunch to work. But then one day I forgot my lunch one day decided to try it instead of going off campus for something. Ordering something for pick up at my scheduled lunch time was quick and easy. My food was hot, fresh, and ready at my scheduled pickup time. I would definitely recommend it

Great Staff!
The staff here are amazing Arnayjah in particular. She’s such a pleasure to see as in the mornings! So kind and friendly and warm but the other staff members are great as well!
Poor customer service
There’s no way to edit your meal deal. It took 20 minutes to get my meal. There was no line at the grill area and not only is my fries soggy but my fish sandwich is also cold. I was standing next to the shelf when I got it

Overcooked Burger
The bread was supposed to be Texas toast, but it was two slices of oversized wheat bread that was not toasted. The hamburger patty appeared to have been cooked last week and if was half the size of the weird bread. $8.10 for something so awful.
