Absolutely terrible experience.
Without a doubt one of the worst delivery apps I have ever used.
The app is poorly designed, unreliable, and completely fails when a delivery issue arises. There is no efficient way to communicate, track what is actually happening, or resolve a problem in real time. For a service operating in Monaco and serving an international clientele, the user experience is shockingly bad.
I waited almost two hours for an order that was never received. During that time I was forced to call the restaurant multiple times myself just to get updates. The app provided no useful assistance whatsoever.
What was even more disappointing was the customer service afterwards. Instead of focusing on the fact that a paying customer never received their food, the entire discussion became an exercise in shifting responsibility and avoiding accountability.
At the end of the day, the result is simple: I paid for food, I never received it, and no satisfactory solution was offered.

Les prix sont abusifs : entre la majoration sur les plats et les frais de livraison, on paie jusqu’à 50 % plus cher que sur place. Ce modèle ne tient debout que grâce à un marché verrouillé et sans vraie concurrence.
Poor App
Poorly made app, no ability to schedule a delivery time, no updates on when the delivery is due, high fees, few drivers, overall far below the standard you would expect from any food delivery app.
