Scam insurance company, beware

I always had bad experiences when claiming with Lippo insurance. I just claimed glasses and it turns out it needs a glasses claim from doctor. I have been using glasses for 20 years and this is the first time I encountered this. Previously i also had multiple times of hard claiming or reimbursement with LGI. I was stucked for an hour just to claim physiotherapy. I really think this insurance is very bad and unprofessional.
