Face ID login not wokring

EBL was asking me to change my password. After successfully changing the password, I can only log in using my ID and password; Face ID is no longer working. If I try to log in with Face ID, it gets stuck at an infinite loading screen.

Small screen issues

Please take a look at the font and the overall size of the UI elements for phones with smaller screens such as the iPhone SE 2016 and I’ll change my review to 5 stars. Thank you :)

Worst customer service ever

EBL has the most worst customer service of Bangladesh, I was contact customer care 4/5 times and also visit a branch for solving a problem about overcharged. Finally try their complaint/Query cell. But the customer care service all the time avoid me and not solving the problem.

Disappointed

I’ve been trying to transfer fund to other bank but the app keeps on showing the window to add beneficiary account even though I’ve added that!! Tried several times but didn’t work! Please fix this bug/ glitch or whatever it is!

UI/UX abomination

this app user interface and overall experience is an ui abomination. i would request you guys to have a look at other banks app like scb, city, brac etc. think from an users perspective and ease of use. Looks more like a forced adoption of online banking. for inspiration you guys can have a look at bkash as well. You guyz claim to be the best retail bank! Shame that you dont even understand user experience design. who cares about a lot of functionality, instead do leas and do them well enough.

Gesture doesn’t always work on iOS

The following issues need to be fixed:
- Swiping in the left edge of the screen doesn’t always navigates to the previous screen
- The hamburger menu is confusing, seems like a menu, but the action is back press
- App crashes when checking last 5 trxs, may be a null pointer exception
- The UI is not clean. Even the login button is misleading. I tapped the login text on the top thinking that it’s the login button, where a share icon is used for login action.

Can’t see more than last 5 transactions and limited access

EBL sky app has very limited features and I can see only last 5 transactions on my account that’s very annoying. Developer should looked into this and borrow some features from Citytouch (City bank)app how convenient that app is.

Please fix transaction list

1) It takes too long for transactions to appear. 2) The app only shows last five transactions & 3) the transactions are not detailed at all. Please fix this. Please change it to more than 5 transactions & atleast enter who made the charge & post the transactions quicker. Your transaction section is not sufficient to say the least and needs improvement as soon as possible. We are in year 2022.

DPDC Bill

Previously I used to pay utility bill through skybanking. But, I am right now using iphone and I am noticing that there is no option to pay utility bill in Pay bill option. Please include the option to pay utility bill .

Unable to view my last 5 transactions

From my last update every time i want to see my last 5 transactions it popup a attention message showing “The data couldn't be read because it
isn't in the correct format.”
Also your faceID auth doesn’t work properly. Why your app requires authenticate 2 times? It seems fishy.

Face ID don’t work properly

After the new update Face ID don’t work properly please fix the issue. That’s the only reason I am giving 1 star.

Cannot view last 5 transactions

I am unable to view last 5 transactions from the app. Its been 2 weeks now. Whenever I click on last 5 transactions, an error message comes “This data couldn’t be read because it’s not in the correct format”
I was told an update would fix it but the last update didn’t fix it. Please fix it, it’s very inconvenient to view it from web version even after having the app
