I bought two ebo air 2 and both them don’t move and I can’t record a thing from my camera and it’s stuck I checked everything they told me to check and still not moving. I tried multiple devices and it’s still idle. I don’t recommend it at all. All the videos on TikTok are scam

I have tried several troubleshooting attempts to pair the ebo to several devices and although it did pair at one point, the second attempt to use it automatically put it in pair mode. Highly disappointed

This robot is amazing! 100% recommend.
They updated the app to allow much faster options when deleting old videos to clear up storage. I have zero complaints now.

I can’t get the app to save any settings to make it work with no. So frustrating!!!

i’ve had no bad experience with it, a second or so input lag but that is expected for an app like this! awesome.
Latest update
This robot is amazing but this app seems to be going in the wrong direction.
The latest update changed the ability to delete entire days of recordings all at once. Instead now I’m having to select each time slot of the day to delete selected videos and some times only one at a time. This now requires so much time from me to clear up storage.

Great! But
I got an EBO X for me and my GF (me in Korea and my GF in Belgium) only to discover that if your account isn’t based in the same country, you cannot link a friend to a robot in another country, easy work around is to create both accounts for the same country, (we made ours both American) then it worked!
I do wish there was a notification feature that lets me know when someone uses the EBO, like on the ROLA app, great products, great app that needs some work.

Works surprisingly well despite what others have reported
I recently got a job that requires me to be away from home more often and this little guy has been a blessing for checking in with my pets and family members. I have noticed some connection drops when I move between mesh nodes, but generally it works well. Two things that would make this app better would be Bluetooth controller support (ps4 and Xbox preferably) and a dedicated iPad app. The iPhone version works on iPad, but an optimized iPad app would be more intuitive. Thanks for a great product!

Cat watching
I use my Enabot to watch and play with my cat while I am away. The robot is a great tool to have in my home and I’m glad I purchased one. I can also see who may come to my front door while I am away and that’s a great bonus.
Very poor performance
The remote always lags and defeats the purpose of having the robot. You can't reliably control it, like when I'm out sometimes the remote will stop working and I use the robot to check on my dogs which is not possible when the robot stops working. Sometimes even if the robot is charged the remote will say 0%. Things like the microphone or audio won't work, you can't move the robot unless you try and disconnect and reconnect it which is pointless since the whole point of using it is for when you can't physically be there. My sister also uses the remote and in the few months I've had this, she's only managed to work it a handful of times. There's no support or direction when the remote stops working, no amount of app upgrades have managed to resolve this issue. You're better off buying a different robot where the remote actually works than bothering with this. It's mediocre at best and a waste of your money.

First impressions are poor
I’ve been using this for a couple hours and it’s been quite poor. Originally got this to use with a friend that I have long distance to bridge the gap and they haven’t been able to get past even the registration phase because it won’t send them a code to either email or phone. I’ve had no problems with my partner that I live with or myself. I find that the driving mechanisms are difficult and jolty, alongside not very useful unless you have completely flat ground. So far not impressed

Air 2 robot
I had zero issues besides the microphone quality on the robot is a little bad but if you have good connection you can still hear fine, I let my friend from across the US use it and it worked amazing
Have to be home
Im outside the United States for work. I’ll be gone for 3 months. I thought it would be fun to use the EBO while I’m away. Unfortunately I have to wait for months until I get to actually use it. What is the point of having a remote robot if family members set it up at home and I can’t control it while I’m away. This thing is a but expensive not to allow this feature.

Buggy controls
I really like this product, but the controls are quite buggy. When I try to move forward, it often goes backward. Once this issue is resolved, I’d be happy to update my rating.

I don’t have any problems with it, I got the Ebo air 2 directly from their website. It came pretty quick and setup was a little confusing but once I got it it’s super easy to use.
