Absolutely not I do not like this app at all and they need to bring back the wic2go app !!!
Poorly supported app
Does not support multiple languages even as common as Chinese. Screen resolution is awful. Users have to scroll to the right to click the login. This is not designed for older people.

When an iOS app doesn’t fit properly on my phone screen, it signals poor UI/UX. And poor UI/UX can suggest a weak team, which may also lead to future security issues. Good products should have good design, not just to respect users, but because it’s essential today.
Bad app.
The app doesn’t work. It won’t allow you to even get past the loading page. And that was my third time downloading it.

Frustrations
This app sucks signing in is like pulling teeth from a drunken whale it has no way of support and the only support it provides is “check out this page 🥴” of how to make an account so frustrating not user friendly good if it worked but it suck’s
Errors
When I want to check what I have left for some reason it always says error and then I can’t check what I need to get, sometimes it doesn’t let me log in the whole day I’ve had to change my username and password because for some reason it gets lost and can’t get back in. I wish that was fixed because it has started to get annoying.

Terrible app
Not Efficient, can’t activate my card because it won’t let me scroll down. Lots of glitches were I have to keep exiting the app because it gets stuck on the loading screen.
The screen isn’t calibrated properly
I can’t click on the “add” option to get past the security questions because the screen cuts off and won’t even allow you to scroll to that section. Who designed this thing?
Impossible to use
After entering information for getting an account, I had to set up security questions and then couldn’t click the button to submit because it went below the screen. It’s impossible to use.
Money stolen
I had my card locked with this app and my card was hacked and unlocked and pin changed and it happend to two other women in my state now tge new is interviewing us!!!!
Denied Access
I not sure what is going on but I’m not able to login to my account I keep getting the access denied authentication failed message
App not working, UPDATE #2: EBTEDGENEW is now a working app
For many months app hasn’t opened, is stuck in initial scroll mode. I now need to remove my card online restrictions due to serious health issues where I must have groceries delivered so need instacart. After many back and forths between local SNAP and FIS cardholder services (the latter who initially misdirected me to SNAP office), I found out I can change through app however this app isn’t working!!! Hasn’t been opening for months and they aren’t hearing me. Currently a number of emails (no name or number of rep given in email) with ebtedge to get THEM to change for me, but they aren’t reading my email, just giving me a new temporary passcode to login, etc. I’m in tears. I was forced to shop locally with card and had a medical event and don’t want that to happen again. UPDATE. Local SNAP office rep was able to get a live rep from ebtedge online and she couldn’t help me change restrictions, referring me to website if app didn’t work; thankfully local SNAP rep was awesome and did this WITH me as I’m older and not so facile any more with digital stuff any more. I still can’t access this app, so use another out of state app to monitor my EBT balance and activity since the only one I’m to use here in Chittenden County, Vermont is a dud. At least my restrictions are now as I want them. Vermont needs to call them out.

Adding card not work show error
After register in the app tried to add my card give error even if all information is correct.
WORSE APP
It’s simply impossible to sign up because the final button is positioned underneath a panel that covers it 🙈—you just can't click it.
This app is so bad
It is poorly designed why would you place the cancel button where the resister button is supposed to be
