I have tried to make an account like 15 times and every time I get so dysregulated from the app crashing right before I create an account so I have to go through the entire create an account process over and over and over. I’ve been trying to make an account for weeks. Your app is trash. Do better.

Logged in today and my accounts gone

I tried logging in with my user ID and password which I created on the website. I get an invalid credentials screen. Do not use. Use the website instead

I’ve been using this app for years with no issues. Today I try to login and it says no account. So I logged in online and my account is fine.

There is no transaction notification system and the transaction names are not specified, only dollar amount.

Drops ALL INFO entered after 2 weeks . Sign in SUCKS .
Cannot create account because “add” button is literally blocked.
Tried to make an account, but the “add” button for security questions is hidden below the menu bar at the bottom, so yiu are physically barred from clicking the button.

App itself it not user friendly. If you receive summer bucks for multiple children, the app can’t handle you adding more than 2 in one day. You also can’t update PIN numbers for more than 2 cards per day. A couple cards still had a few bucks left that needed to be used before the deadline. Logged in and all the accounts were deleted. Almost not even worth the hassle. Is it done on purpose so you don’t use the funds and they get them back?

The app is no longer supported by the developer. Logging into the app, without any notice, users get a message saying the app is closed and to try the developer’s new app — rather than being professional and continuing the new app under this account.

(1) App logs user out in his iPhone, you have to sign in every time you start app, frustrating and nuisance app.
(2) After entering password it freezes takes 30 min to an hour until finally accept password every time I sign in.
