App issues
The app all of a sudden wouldn’t allow me to use my face recognition, and I do not remember my password to manually login . I’m being sent emails to recover but it still won’t let me . I’ve tried calling the support line the automated system does not have an option to speak to someone. So I’m unable to even use my card because I locked it prior to the app not allowing me to use my face to unlock all of a sudden .

Can’t move foreward
I’d love to use this for my state, I can’t get past the security questions, the app doesn’t scroll down far enough to allow me to click the submit button and move to the next step and if you hold the scroll it won’t click either. Makes the whole app useless. I’d give it no stars if I could.

When trying to register an account, during the security questions section, the screen doesnt allow you to scroll all the way down to select the button. You can drag the screen and see the button but when you let you it goes back to the top.

When making my account it asked me to answer questions but didnt let me submit it. Stayed frozen on that page. Unable to make an acc why do you guys make it so difficult?!

Poor UI
This app sucks. It’s not designed well for mobile. I’m trying to register an account on my iPhone and the interface won’t allow my inputs. This app is in desperate need of updating. If you’re the coder behind this, please please please do an update. For an app meant to improve users lives, with government assistance, this is laughably low quality.

App and website won’t let me file a dispute and customer service won’t help me file a dispute either. I purchased one replacement card. They charged me 3 times for it. Why am I not allowed to dispute the extra charges????

Completely worthless, zero support
So I’m not sure if this app was created before technology or what but I’ve never come across an app that works so poorly. The new logon process is a joke after you create it. You can’t even login then then when you click “unlock account” the email threat is suppose to be sent to you never comes? I mean what a joke. Even more pathetic and sad. Contacting support via email does nothing also and goes unanswered. I reached out to the App Store with a complaint and the MiBridges case manager. I also emailed my local representatives in Washington with the information. Dont have an app that doesn’t work and zero customer support. It’s pathetic‼️

When you are answering the challenge question you ca not scroll down, fix it
Useless
I have never been able to make a profile. It won’t even let me get past the challenge questions. There’s nowhere to go nothing to click on to bypass anything to Just even make an account to log into you need to scrap this and start over cause it never worked with my iPhone 12 14 or 17.

the whole app is bad. The mechanics, the features, the design, and it’s annoying to navigate.

I have downloaded & deleted this app so many times. I'm always hopeful, then after a few moments, I remember what a piece of garbage it is & delete it again. I usually can't even get logged in, due to "an unexpected error", which happened again just now. What's the point of the app, if it never works properly??
