Zamówiłem taksówkę która według aplikacji miała przyjechać po mnie za 4 minuty, po 15 sekundach kierowca przyjął zlecenie a czas przyjazdu miał wynosić 26 minut. Kierowca był połowę wyspy ode mnie… z racji że spieszyłem się na prom to musiałem zrezygnować z przejazdu i wziąć ubera, który faktycznie przyjechał w 5/6 minut tak jak pisało w apce ubera. Straciłem w tej aplikacji tylko pieniądze, nie można polegać na orientacyjnych czasach oczekiwania, aplikacja może być przydatna jedynie w przypadku gdy komuś się nie spieszy, ja niestety tylko straciłem pieniądze, bo za taksówkę zapłaciłem 8 euro w eCabs, po czym musiałem i tak przejazd anulować, żeby jeszcze raz zapłacić w uberze…

Intended to use it while traveling to Malta, but could not registered with US number-SMS messages never arrived..🙁

I used the eCabs app to book a ride as needed to get to the airport for a relatively early flight. The driver arrived a few minutes early and was super professional.

Poor Service
I had a very frustrating experience with this taxi service.
The app showed an ETA of 10 minutes, but the driver did not move at all for a long time. Despite this, the ETA kept showing "10 minutes" the entire time.
After many minutes of waiting with no progress and no response, I cancelled the ride. I was then charged a cancellation fee. Customer support only replied with a standard template and refused to refund the fee.
If drivers can simply stay put until customers cancel and then trigger a fee, this is misleading and unacceptable. I have lost trust in this service and will not use it again.

If you have any problems with the driver, no one will help you. They will tell you that the drivers are independent contractors. Don’t use

Worst of the taxi apps on Malta
Just done with this app. Any time I've tried to use it something happened.
The stroke that broke the camel's back was making me wait for a driver that was NOT getting closer, just the arriving counter going up while their vehicle is spinning in place on the map every few seconds. And when trying to cancel got charged for 3.6EUR.
Even more shameless than competitors, horrendous experience every single time.

Early pick up - hassle free
Great service, very early morning pick up to the airport, got a txt to say when driver was on his way which was great at relieving the stress. Would definitely use again.

I’m 9 months pregnant—I can’t just walk long distances. The fact that a driver can refuse a ride like this is ridiculous. If this is the level of professionalism they allow, I won’t be using this app again. Avoid if you actually need reliable service!

Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My pregnant wife booked a ride through this app, only for the driver to call her and tell her to cancel because she could walk instead! Seriously? She needed a ride from St. Julian’s (Lapsi) to Paceville, and instead of doing his job, the driver just refused. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If this is the kind of service they allow, I’d rather walk than ever use this app again.

Eventhough I selected the card option it would not process it as such and had to pay cash . Usually I do not carry cash ..
Not reliable in Gozo
Booked a ride for 21:40 and because the driver has picked a fare for Bolt, they are going to be 10 minutes late. No sensible option to cancel without having to pay €6.
Tip?
I have been using ecabs for a few years and l recommend them. I would like to suggest to be able to give a tip to the driver.
