Still needs a few updates
Technician needs to be able to edit the equipment. Sometimes we don’t always know the correct equipment and need to be able to change it when on site. Right now, our office manager has to change it after I close the call which is just more work. Had numerous issues with putting in meters and it will tell me the threshold is to low or to high, but then I will put 1 above what it says and it won’t take it. I’ve had to go up by 40K just to take the meter. Again, Manager has to go in and change it after the fact. Why does it want me to share my location 24/7? While using the app should be sufficient enough. No one needs to know where I am at night and on the weekends! It stays off on my end completely, but app asks me to change it every log in. Other than these few things, the app absolutely makes it easier to get a call done. Much more efficient. Keep with the updates and fixes and This will be a top tier app!

Battery drain
The app works well enough, but it drains my battery quickly. I had to disable location services, and force quit the app so it doesn’t run in the background.

Not working consistently
While using this app it constantly freezes and kicks me out of service calls. When trying to dispatch it takes forever for it to let me press the button to continue. Please fix these issues as it affects employees work flow.

Latest update has cause a 404 error when I attempt to look at Group Calls. Happening on two different iPhones.

App needs improvements, notifications are not consistent and doesn’t refresh always when dispatching to a call
Apple was no better
So the company I work for had me get an iPhone to use this app. This is the ONLY reason to have an iPhone because they claimed no problems for the app on iOS, yet there were still more problems.
Needs some serious work
This is a horrible app, it needs some serious work to bring it up to what the website version is. First off you can't search past service calls without knowing the identifier for a specific piece of equipment whereas on the website you could just search a person name or a date range. it's just clunky and it needs some serious revitalization.

It's okay, needs some work
Overall the app seems pretty good but it likes some basic features that should be implemented. One of them should be dark mode. Let's face it it's a basic feature in just about every application nowadays and this needs to be added.
Find a different solution
Been using for 1 month. Calls disappear from list for no reason. Had to reinstall twice already because notifications quit working. GPS is not accurate at all if it even works. Remote Tech had so much more functionality than this app. Very disappointed. If you are forced to move away from remote tech, find a different solution other than MobileTech.

The app works as it should at times. The notifications will work then all of a sudden will stop working. Multiple techs start having this problem
At the same time on different mobile platforms. We will uninstall and reinstall with no resolution. It’s frustrating when you work in a busy environment and you depend on the notifications. We tried the texting feature in the software but we have never been able to get that to work. We pay a lot of money for this to work SOMETIMES. We need at least 98%

Delivers value
The app allows me to get my work done. I have access to the data I need and able to close a service ticket - from dispatch to resolution.
Con artists selling junk to companies
Does not work, freezes all the time, has horrible functions. In a world with poor programs for service this one is be far one of the bottom tier junk software.

Locks up, have to remove and reinstall.
Errors, you complete a function set phone down then discover next time you pick up phone app failed.
Avoid this app at all cost , run away, as fast as you can.
