Needs work
Glitchy app and times out so needs someone to constantly log back into the kiosk for it to work. Scanning needs to be improved to add information to correct area in patient chart and in demographics.
Immature product
Needs login every 30 mins. Glitchy and inaccurate insurance information collection section. Lacks “back” button to go to previous screen. Overall good concept but very poorly implemented. In current state it does not bring much value or help reduce paperwork.

Times out too much. Difficult to set up. Lack of accessibility features.
Times out too often!
There needs to be a way for the app to not time out. We had a patient filling out a questionnaire and the app timed out in the middle of it and had to start all over. It’s very frustrating! It’s a good concept, but it is unreliable and requires a lot of extra work.
Needs work
A good start but glitchy and does not send ID document to the right field in eCW. Also requires recurring user log in too frequently as time-out settings for app can’t be turned off even when operating in protected mode.
